They scheduled me for next day and the receptionist was very nice. The repair man was very fixed the refrigerator quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and i would use them again.

Prompt service. Friendly. $99 service call fee applied to repair. Seems fair. Repair man very nice. Said washer can't be fixed. Charged me $99 for service call. Seems a little unfair to charge me the entire $99 when I did not have the option to fix my washer.

As a service provider, they are honest and fair, which is all that you could ask. I have trust in them like I would have in a friend providing this service for me.

I had a MAYTAG clothes washer that 'walked ' when washing clothes. Chris found the problem quickly and repaired it for a reasonable price.

Both servicemen were nice, personable, and informative to me about how to recognize certain problems or false alarms on my own in the future. So they're very honest! Which, as it turns out, is the opposite of how they would make money. Very pleased with them!

Service to repair an ice maker was scheduled promptly. The technician was on time and knowledgeable. He "removed older ice maker - thawed and "unfroze" the unit. He cleaned it and reinstalled it. It works great. I didn't have to buy a new ice maker and the price for repair was very reasonable. I'll use them again!
