I have been using appliance repair specialists now for more than ten years. One of my favorite things about their company is their stability and employees. Shannon has worked in the Customer Service department for years. We have become good friends. She is helpful, and Appliance Repair Service company makes it easy for us to communicate. At the most recent service call, Jason resolved the problem within minutes. We needed to order a new part for the washing machine, which came in quickly. In a week's time, he was back again and fixed it. My washing machine works perfectly again, and I’m thrilled and recommend this company to everyone.

Quick and easy to make an appointment. They show up on time and are very professional. Gixed everything and I was on with my day.

Super enjoyed my experience working with these folks. Incredibly professional, Kind, and courteous. And to top it all off Jason, my technician was super knowledgeable. He actually repaired something I had previously been told could not be repaired. Not planning on using anybody else for appliance repairs.

I’m very pleased with my service technician. He came in and went right to work. Diagnosed the issue. Provide the cost to repair. Provide care instructions until the part came in. Order only took a day and he was right back. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. He went above and provided part numbers and where to order parts to fix a cosmetic issue. Our freezer quit freezing and we were able to have a repairman the next day. Brian was polite and knowledgeable. He helped us the best he could to keep our 17 year old appliance working for a few more months. Told us we needed a new refrigerator as the compressor was going out and what we should watch for. Service was excellent from the beginning phone call to schedule service, to the service technician. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend! Although my machine could not be repaired, I appreciated the courtesy and honesty.

I was impressed that Appliance Repair Specialists answered my call after 6pm. I was texted the next morning giving me a time a repairman would arrive. Brian arrived right on time and did a great job replacing the motor in my refrigerator. He explained (and showed me) what was wrong. He is a great representative for the company!

Timely response and the tech clearly explained the issue, informing me that a part needed to be ordered. Part came in a day early, so the repair (replacing the worn-out pump) was completed a day early. Yay!

Our 25 yr old dryer needed a new bearing. Our tech Brian was prompt, courteous and thorough. The part needed to be ordered, but it arrived the next day and the repair was done the same day. Great work. I highly recommend.

Our LG washer would not drain and spin. Appliance Repair Specialists and Brian were able to fit us in the same day for a troubleshooting assessment. Turns out the motherboard was defective. Washer is 5 years old. We decided based on cost of replacement and installation of new parts was not worth cost vs. replacement of washer. We appreciate the quick service and the honest assessment. If we need appliance work in the future, they will be our first call!
