For the price, I will NEVER use this company. Terrible customer support, service was inaccurate, and untrustworthy.

A deposit to schedule AND diagnostics fees once they get out to the property. That alone is close to $175-$200.
The guy who came out diagnosed the dryer needed a new belt and cleaning of the dryer vent. He didn’t even look much into it or tested the unit.

I had the vents cleaned by separate company and replaced the belt and still having wet clothes… Sure they might be competent in other aspects but not for our issue. I’m now down $500+.

Scheduling was a nightmare. Either the lady working the phone has a hard time understanding what “no we are not available at so-so time” or she’s just ignoring what customers are saying. Repeated told her we are not available during the day. Her answer to that was they work based on time slots most efficient for their company. Customers availability is not any importance to them.

Additionally, they were caught lying about timing our service when we had text messages. That in itself made me furious.

A company with 4.9 questionable reviews should not be having these issues. I first reached out due to these reviews and was left with high bills, a broken dryer, and anger towards this company. I will take my money elsewhere.

This is my second time calling Hartman, and they are great! Jason came out first thing the day after I called, and got everything up and running again. He showed me some comparison costs, and how to prevent needing a full (very expensive) replacement in the future. This team has great communication, is polite and offers great explanations on the work they do. Thanks!

They were able to schedule me right away for the very next day, the repairman was kind and efficient he fixed the problem and even gave us tips to avoid having the problem occur again in the future. The price was fair and straightforward, no list of made up fees. I will absolutely be calling them again if any other appliances need attention.

My dryer was making an awful sound. I called and they got me an appointment for a tech to come out within a few hours. Jason was extremely professional and got the job done very quickly. He explained everything that was wrong , what needed repaired , even explained that the part that needed repaired comes in a lot so it was all going to be replaced. He went over the price before moving forward and had the part on hand! Will definitely be in touch if I have other appliance issues.

I called this company to figure out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Basically, I needed a new compressor. The service tech explained the problem well and provided excellent service. He also mentioned that his company did not perform compressor repairs. That would have been nice to know before I made the appointment since I had to pay a fee for him to determine what was wrong with the refrigerator. If I wanted to get the compressor repaired, I would’ve had to go to another company and probably paid another fee for the same analysis. I think they should’ve told me that they couldn’t do compressor repairs when I made the initial appointment.

I decided to buy a new refrigerator.

Hartman’s Service Technician, Aaron, was personable and professional. When he completed the diagnostic check, he explained and showed me why the washing machine wasn’t working correctly. He ordered the parts and was back in two days to complete the work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I had a problem with my washing machine and in less than 12 hours they were already at my house, diagnosing the problem. They had to order some parts and in three days My washing machine was back and working. Barely had enough time to fill the laundry basket again. :) I will use them again.
