The service person, Chris Houghtaling, was very personable, experienced and thorough. He wasn't annoyed with us for talking with him while he worked and kept us informed with how things were going. As we are an older couple we found his whole attitude very refreshing compared to other abrupt service people we have dealt with. My technician was on time and exceptionally nice. He got right to work and immediately identified the issue. Parts were ordered and the matter resolved in short order.

Making an appointment was easy and flexible. Chris came and diagnosed both my washer and dryer. Fixed the dryer up quickly and ordered parts for the washer and returned to complete that job a couple days later. Jason is an honest, knowledgeable, skilled technician, he prevented me from spending hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary repair .
