Our juice machine stopped working today. We called several different places that were not able to service our juice machine. We finally call PGM who not only was able to service our machine but sent two techs out the same day. Jonathan, Evan and Alberto took care of us and even took the time to show us the issue and help with ordering a couple of parts that were also needed. Thank you gentlemen and PGM for fast, affordable, friendly service.

Great company & staff! We were in a bind and they worked with us to get the Club’s flat top grill fixed in time for the July 4th celebration. Michael was especially helpful, getting here early and quickly fixing the problem so we were good to go. Very professional

When running a restaurant it is inevitable that equipment will break. After reaching out to PGM we were able to schedule an appointment and they had someone out the same day and had parts ordered for the following day. Problem was fixed in less than 48 hours. Stephen was great, he was very understanding that we needed the issue fixed in a promptly manner and he made it happen as he was in communication with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

We have used PGM at my workplace for many years now and I’ve had great service every time. We got all new vulcan ranges and other kitchen appliances in our kitchen lab. Chris has serviced us many times now and goes above and beyond. He checks all of our gas connections and always communicates any safety concerns or things we need to be aware of. Highly recommend this company.

We contacted PGM to fix our comercial oven that was acting funny. PGM guys (Greg, Jonathan and Steve) came twice and found what was broken. They took their time to identify the problem, gave us some options and keep us informed throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Johnny was awesome. He identified the problem right away. He share what was needed and even built a part that was no longer available to purchase. Upon his return he installed the parts and cleaned the part another company wanted to replace. The price was fair and his honesty was comforting. We are a restaurant on Longboat Key and our flat top went out at 10:00 am, Jonathan showed up at 11:30 and we were up and going at 12:19. Saved us at a very busy time of year.

Like I said it's really hard to find a professional and trustworthy company that no just fixed the problem but explained to you and guide you with knowledge thanks the guy Greg for his ethical and professionalism to help and fixed old pizza oven that no body was able to fixed.

Called on PGM Services to fix a broken flat top grill at our Cafe. Works great now thanks to their help. Appreciate how quick and courteous everyone has been and PGM is our new service tech team!! Highly recommend!

Doug came out and helped us fix our pizza oven after weeks of us trying to solve it ourselves! He came in very polite and professional and got the job done verg quickly! 5/5 recommend the company and doug specifically!

I cannot speak highly enough of Chris, the technician who came out to help us. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, respectful, and extremely patient. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He never rushed us and didn’t show even a hint of frustration with my many questions. Instead, he reassured me every step of the way that the problem would be taken care of.

Christian also identified additional concerns that we weren’t aware of and explained what needed to be done. He arranged to return the next day with the proper parts so the job could be completed safely and correctly. His professionalism, calmness, and genuine care stood out in a big way.

It is rare these days to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and treats people with such patience and respect. Christian was truly a blessing to us during a stressful situation, and he is absolutely an asset to the company. I am very grateful for the service he provided.
