An efficient way to fix a dryer! The guy found the problem fast and fixed it precisely. An excellent option for prompt and effective appliance repair.

Washer locked up. Called at 10am repairman Anton showed up at 11:20 am fixed by noon.very polite.

They charged 80$ to come out and tell you it doesnt work
They want to charge more to tell you what doesnt work
And charge even more to FIX but they can't tell you HOW they are fixing it or how ling it will last

The ice maker in our freezer stopped working, and we needed it fixed quickly for an upcoming party. The repair technician not only fixed the issue but also cleaned and serviced the unit, ensuring it worked like new. Their thorough and efficient service was top-notch.

Needed my refrigerator checked out- they came on time, told me it was my compressor and 345.00. I agreed. They came back and went to fix, and then told me that it was my compressor and they couldn’t fix it. The 345.00 was for a compressor STARTER. This is 10.00 on Amazon. They failed to let me know this…. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They collected 100.00 the day before, and then left AND THE Fridge is still broken. I would never use this company again. Rip off!!!!!

We have used We-Fix appliances twice for repairs on our refrigerator, freezer, and washer. The technician, Max, was wonderful. He solved the problems quickly, completely, and at a very repost. Additionally, Max himself was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained well what he needed to do and fix the problem and gave us the price before he did the repair. $353 to essentially defrost a freezer. No repairs done. A 1 hour job was drawn out to 1:15 hours to be able to charge for 2 hours !!!

They were sent out by my home warranty company to assess a dish washer. They reset it and said it should be fine, but if it wasn’t, they would tell the home warranty company it needs a new control board. Apparently they documented nothing of that visit and the SAME GUY showed up when it continued to fail, hummed over it, and said “it looks fine, you’ll need to send pictures if it does it again and we’ll tell your insurance you need a new control board.” How does one take pictures of a dishwasher that stops mid-cycle? I asked if he’d documented to error lights from the last visit. No. Apparently they document nothing somehow? When I pointed out that was odd and unhelpful, the tech just stopped talking and left. Unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money.

I was very pleased with Ross in repairing my washer. He explained everything wrong and how it was after fixing. I would definitely use them again.

He came in time to work in my Samsung washing Machine and had to order parts and came back with them in 2 days, fixed the machine. I was very happy with the service man, his knowledge and how soon my machine was repaired so I could complete the laundry..
