After calling around several different places for help with my leaking fridge and dishwasher that wouldn't drain, I finally reached Mr. Appliance. Everywhere I called had about the same wait time for an appointment, but the lady who answered the phone left such a good impression with her kindness and professionalism that I booked Mr. Appliance on the spot. They even did their best to get me in sooner via a cancellation list.

Ronald arrived at my home on time and was very friendly and professional. He wore a mask, did good work, explained everything to me very well, and answered all my questions. He charged me a very good price and I feel like I got a great deal and excellent value for the work that was done and the experience I had. I would definitely call them again!

I had a positive experience with Mr. Appliance. I had an issue with my washing machine continuing to go unbalanced during the spin cycle. I called them and they quickly assigned a tech, Ronald, to come out and assess the issue. Ronald did a great job and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them for any appliance fixes.

I had a problem with one of the burners on my gas range. I was able to schedule a service call with Mr. Appliance the next day after I called. The service tech, Christian, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix needed. He got the needed part and performed the repair that day. I was impressed by his knowledge of the appliance and I observed that he performed the needed repair expertly. I had engaged a different appliance repair firm before I contacted Mr. Appliance. That firm didn't diagnose the problem correctly and they performed only a temporary fix. The problem returned. Mr. Appliance diagnosed the problem correctly and perform the correct repair. Mr. Appliance will be my first call for any appliance repairs from now on.

They showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Not only is this a very competent company, but our Appliance repair man Sean Was amazing and answered every question I had and actually gave me a lot of tips to keep my dryer running well. I really appreciate it that he took the time and explain things fully to me.

The phone was answered by a very helpful person, and they even had an opening that afternoon. The service tech called 20 minutes before the appointment so I could leave my office and meet him. He saw it was a GE dishwasher and explained what the usual culprit was, and he had the parts to fix it within an hour. Could not have gone better.

We received fantastic service on our LG refrigerator from Mr Appliance of Tampa Bay. Bob, the rep sent to us, was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed quickly. Easy to schedule. Technician showed up on time and was nice. This was our second attempt to use this company on Thermodor products in the last few years. Both times the technicians did not attempt to trouble shoot the problems. Rather they took a quick visual look at the appliance and got on their tablets to begin quoting prices to replace every module involved in the component. In this case, a single rear stove top burner. The total was about $600 in parts (not including labor), again without testing or troubleshooting modules and switches. I opted to lose the $149 trip charge. I called the office to share the experience, they were friendly and offered to reimburse me if another company found something else wrong with the stove. But since their tech did not troubleshoot anything I am not sure how they would follow through with that offer. I don't think there will be a third call to this company. The second call was my fault I guess.

Excellent customer service. I scheduled an appointment and Saul was able to come quickly to diagnose the issue. He was back the next day with the correct parts. I will absolutely use this company again.

This is my first time using Mr. Appliance. I was very pleased with the service provided. I received an email confirmation with my repair man’s picture the night before my scheduled appointment. Damian was wonderful. He arrived way ahead of schedule, which was great. He was very pleasant, professional and seemed highly experienced. He knew exactly what the problem was. He didn’t have the part on his truck, but he went out to get what he needed and came back within an hour to replace the part. He went above and beyond my expectations. Most places would have ordered the part and came and second day. I’m extremely happy with the service I received today and will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend. Thank you for such wonderful service.

I highly recommend Mr. appliance for all your appliance repair services. We had Saul come out and help us with our refrigerator. He was so kind and friendly and very helpful!! They call you 30 minutes ahead of time to let you know they are on the way. I had them out for our fridge but they do all kinds of appliances.

As ever, Mr Appliance techs are always prompt, always efficient, & always get things fixed. Been using them for 25 years. So reliable.

I have used this company myself several times and have recommended to my real estate clients multiple times. I’m not sure what has happened with their customer service but it is not what it used to be. I’m trying to help coordinate repairs for a landlord that is my client and they have made it extremely difficult to get a proper invoice that details what the issue was with the appliance. I spoke with Eileen who was combative and obstinate on the phone when I asked for an invoice with the details she argued that they already sent it. I’m looking at the invoice now and it doesn’t match what she read from what they have in their system. Why was the homeowner sent an incomplete invoice that does not detail the issue? The homeowner has already called them (spoke to Mary) and was frustrated with the response so he asked me to call for him. But now they’re acting like this is sensitive info and won’t even email the homeowner a revised invoice without him requesting it personally. He is working full time and studying for a board exam so he doesn’t have time to go back and forth with customer service which is why I’m trying to help. I’m so confused because this is not the level of customer service I have come to expect from this company. I cannot confidently recommend Mr Appliance due to lack of customer care.

My experience with Mr Appliance could not have gone better. My washer broke mid rinse and my heart sank . Going in I expected the worst. I called mid Friday lol expecting a visit the coming week, well i got Damian the same day 😃 He was kind knowledgeable and got the job done faster than I though possible 👍🏾 I could not have been more relieved and pleased. Great experience , people and service .
