He showed up on time. He was very professional. The price was fair. I highly recommend both the technician (Leo) and the company. I will definitely use them in the future.

If you want to be scammed for $81.25 diagnostic fee, call them. A guy showed up speaking broken English from Russia. He did not check anything just looked and saw some water dripping if it was did not pull the refrigerator check in the back. He did nothing and gave me a bill of $600 to fix the fridge. A new one cost $1000 be careful calling them.

I had a similar experience to the guy who commented on the broken water pump except mine starting leaking and I could not get them to return a call. I finally got a guy on the phone who said something incoherently in broken English that sounded like an excuse for why they didn't call back and then the phone disconnected. The next time I called a lady answered and said - again in broken English they were not Fix It - but it happened to be a plumber and the same number as is listed online. Hmmmm? - super frustrating. Zero stars!

Tony was a pleasure to work with and he was prompt for scheduled appointment.
He fixed our refrigerator and we are very happy that we went this route vs. buying a new unit.
Will recommend him to people I know.

My Frigidaire Gallery side-by-side refrigerator quit cooling. Called We-Fix that morning and they sent Leo out within 3 hours. He quickly troubleshot the problem and had my refrigerator back online and cooling again.

Leo was very professional, technical, and kept me informed.

Dimitri was less than half the cost of Sears repair for a new drain pump for our Samsung washer. Apparently they're located out of Tampa but they have a call center in Allentown and have their own technicians up here. It took him a very short period of time to do the actual installation that just took the weekend for him to order the part and he was in and out and very friendly. Plus like I said half the price of Sears garbage AI program

I have used We-Fix several times and have been pleased with their service. Appointments can be scheduled quickly. They arrive on time. Very proficient and professional. Provide understandable information on the issue. Estimate for the repair is sent by email and up to me whether I wish to proceed and if I do when I would like to schedule. I am very happy with them. Their pricing is reasonable.

Our technician, Tim arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He checked the stove and he checked the circuit and he determined that the stove was functioning fine but that we had an electrical problem. He pushed the stove back to where it belong and cleaned up and left and didn't charge us a dime. Competent and great service experience. We are repeat customers

The team installed and replaced the stovetop and ended up breaking very expensive granite and refused to fix it. Please do not use these people unless you want to spend more money in the end. I spent $900+ to get the and basically told me that I needed to fix it on my own.

This is not a professional company. They do not care or take pride in the work they provide. Again, please do not use this company.

I had a terrific experience with We Fix today. Paul was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He was quick, worked very clean ( a pet peeve of mine) and it only took a few minutes. We will absolutely use this company again. Thank you so much for the help.

No idea what they are doing. The came out to fix my kitchenaid dishwasher. After they pulled it out they decided it needed a new water pump. The main guy was a Russian who spoke broken English. A week or so later the motor arrived and another gentleman arrived to install it. He allegedly did so, though there were numerous parts left over. He ran the dishwasher through a quick rinse cycle then left, declaring it fixed. We tried it after he left and saw the same error codes displayed E8 & F4. The water was not draining and the machine would not start. I called and advised them. They set up another time to come and I waited. Eventually I received an ETA of 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I called and told them not to bother. I would not use this company. I’ve wasted a significant amount of money learning this. Learn from me. Avoid them. Sears Service came out today and found that the entire problem was a seal that was allowing a small amount of water to set off a sensor. Just needed a new rubber seal. Thanks WeFix for charging me for two visits and a new motor.

My washer was making loud noises and We Fix Appliance Repair came out the same day. Author diagnosed the issue & was back inn2 days to repair the washer. The washer works perfect & is so quiet. Author was prompt & very professional. Thank you We Fix! I will call We Fix for future repairs.

Our technician Peter is knowledgeable. He arrives promptly and in some cases comes considerably earlier than his appointment time, which is appreciated when you’re waiting for your dryer to be repaired with a back load of laundry waiting!

Our cloths dryer stopped working. We called Fix It because neighbors said great things about them. They were not wrong. Illia showed up the same day we called for service. This was our first time using your company, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the confirmation of the appointment the night before including a photo of the tech arriving the next day, to a phone call the day of service from Ronald, our technician, with an approximate arrival time.
He arrived on time, wore shoe coverings, and brought a mat covering the floor of his work area. He was honest, helpful and troubleshot the issue within a short time. The installation of the part went smoothly and quickly. Very pleased with not only the professionalism, but workmanship too.

This was our first experience using this company. I made an online appointment for the following day- which I was delighted to see that they had one so soon. About 30 minutes later I received a call to confirm the online appointment and the reason for the appointment. Then to my surprise, they offered me an available appointment for the same afternoon! Loved the communication from the lady in the office, the picture and information about the service man, and the service man - Axel, he was so professional and personable. He did a wonderful job!

service was EASY to schedule, they had a schedule conflict which they called me about immediately and I was able to reschedule for even sooner than the original appointment. technician was on time, friendly, fast, and fixed the fridge successfully. the entire experience was great.

I found Mr. Appliance on line, called to schedule a time for a technician to come and see if they could fix my drawer. It was a Saturday but I was still taken care of by a lovely lady by the name of Aileen. She scheduled a time for the upcoming Monday. I double checked with her again Monday morning. Serviceman Christian arrived on time within a few minutes showed be what the problem was and he went to work fixing my dryer.
Christian took care of everything within a half hour.
I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.

The technician, Ron, did a phenomenal job repairing our Maytag washing machine. He was able to identify the issue at hand and return with a new part for our washing machine the same day. Ron thoroughly explained everything and repaired our machine in an extremely timely manner. He was also very conscientious of how he treated our machine while working on it. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance! And, thank you, Ron!
