We have used DiChristopher Appliances for our washer, dryer and now our fridge - all experiences were positive and would 10/10 recommend their services. Very honest and nice people that care about the work they do!

Amazing service! Worked with both the husband and wife and they have been quick to respond, ask questions and follow up with a solution immediately. Even answered their phone while on vacation. Not a call center but real honest, good people.

Time and again, year after year my wife and I can count on Di Christopher Appliance to provide quick and reliable appliance service. Just today we called on our refrigerator and he was there within 2 hours of my call. Got our 28 yr old refrigerator back up and running at a reasonable price! We figured we were going to have to buy a new one. Customer Service, this company gets it. Thanks sir! A+ all the way!!

Great experience! My washing machine stopped working and they were out the next day to assess the issue. After a few minutes, the technician had a solution and provided a clear estimate. He then got to work and all was good to go. I highly recommend using them if you encroach issues

Our ice machine froze up. We read the outstanding reviews for A. DiChristopher Appliance on Next Door. We called the office; the reception and customer service we received was wonderful. We were set up for an appointment the following day. Don, called to verify the time that same day. He also called when he was on the way. He spent a good amount of time trouble shooting, so our refrigerator could be fixed that day. Don worked hard to fix the frozen supply line. We highly recommend this company and are very pleased that we found ourselves an Applicance repair company that we respect. Thank you!

I have called on A DiChristopher Appliance Repair a few times over the past 10 years. I have had both the father and son make service calls and have been impressed with their professionalism and depth of knowledge. They both have integrity and are not out to price gouge their customer

My electric oven made a popping noise and started smoking on Saturday afternoon. I called and left a message on Saturday not expecting a callback until Monday. They returned my call on Sunday and scheduled me for Monday morning to assess problem. They ordered a part and returned on Wednesday morning to finish the repair

The absolute worst place to ever use for any repairs. It’s been more than 4 days since I’ve hired them to repair my WORKING MACHINES and $780.00 later they are no longer working condition I contacted them and they refused to come to my house to at the very least repair my dryer after I spent $70 washing and drying my clothes at the laundry place and had some still wet so I just spent over $200 fixing my dryer no problem but unfortunately it turned on for about 10 seconds and it still won’t turn on so now I’m sitting here with humid clothes and NO WORKING DRYER? They want you to trouble shoot your own appliances so they don’t have to make a new trip out to you because they won’t repair my NOT working dryer until they can fix my NO LONGER WORKING WASHER?? The most unprofessional and dishonest company ever, please if this can motivate anyone to use a different company for their repairs then I am happy at least because I don’t want anyone experiencing this kind of service because $780.00 may not seem like a lot to some people but it does to me, I don’t mind paying but at the very least at least do what you are FULLY PAID BECAUSE I PAID THEM OUT FULLY ON THE FIRST DAY THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR EVERYTHING! To do, now I have to continue to wait more days to have my machines working!
They are quick to assume things that fit there narrative but I took pictures myself and the clothes that sat in my washing machine yesterday are still sitting soaking on the cement floor and the customer service representative who tried to tell me what I just put in my dryer definitely needs more customers service training and it’s because of him I will take pictures and videos because they will definitely tell a story to fit their narrative and that’s not a TRUSTWORTHY TRAIT ANY REPAIR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE! Wish I could leave -stars

Wonderful experience with We-fix, have used them multiple times for refrigerator and oven problems. Paul did a fantastic job and was fast and efficient in fixing the problem. Thank you!

I called We Fix Appliance to come out and repair a two year old refrigerator that was not working. They were able to come out the same day and fix it. The service tech (Arthur) was on time and found the problem in less then a 1/2 hour. Arthur did a great job and was very east to talk with ref the problem. When I called in the female that I talked with said it would be $89.00 dollars to come out, but that dollar amount would be applied to fix the refrigerator if they did the work. So I told him to do the work once he found out what the problem was, which was a bad defrost timer. When it came time to pay they charged me $76.93 for the timer and $175.00 for labor, $7.00 service fee for a total of $264.53. My question was why did they not apply the $89.00 towards the fee to come out off the total bill? All in all the refrigerator is working and I use it as a spare in a rental unit.

Tony was prompt, friendly and very efficient. Showed broken part upon removal, provided disinfectant for cleaning before installation of new part and job was completed in 15 minutes.

Very nice, on time and thorough. The office was very helpful and the company has great communication.

Just paid 206.65 dollars for sink drainage machine fix. Later I found that I could have got anew one in 80 dollars from home depot. So repair cost from them is very expensive, buying a new one would have been great.

Although I forgot to get his name, our tech was so quick and knowledgable. He came out to fix our washer that was making a strange noise.
Scheduling was incredibly easy and their call center or answering service was very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend.

I have AHS and they sent out We-Fix. Peter showed up, he was thorough and knowledgeable. Understood the issue my fridge was having right away and said he knew what the problem was. Had me fixed up in no time. I will look to We-Fix for future appliance repairs.

Max, my technician was outstanding. On time, identified the the issue on my LG refrigerator. He was so professional and mostly his time to explain the options, so courteous and knowledgeable to direct me. Max was my angel today. I so grateful angels still exist. As I think, you don't usually get professional and kindness of technicians to understand and spend the time with you to ensure you understand with a kind heart. Max K, you are very special. I couldn't believe how fast the repairman was able to fix my dryer. I will definitely be calling them again for any future appliance repairs.
