I had an outside outlet that wasn’t working. I was charged a $249 fee to troubleshoot the issue plus the charge to replace the outlet. After agreeing to pay the $249 exploratory fee, the tech found that the outlet needed to be replaced.

The outlet should have been unscrewed and checked at the onset for connections, corrosion etc, as it wasn’t working. If the outlet was fine then it makes sense to pay a fee to continue exploring to find the issue. I paid to explore what the issue could be, when it was just a bad outlet to begin with.

Robert C. Was awesome. New transfer switch installed efficiently and precise as to what had been discussed. I already have another electrical project. I recommend both Robert and Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay.

Steven and Robert came to my home and were just amazing. They actually called and offered to come early, as they had already completed their prior job. So professional, informed, and helpful. They guided me through the choices I needed to make to install electricity box to complete installation of lighting for my hutch, and then wiring my tiffany hanging lamp and hanging it across the room. They went into the attic to make sure the joist was installed and power moved to the new light fixture. The former ceiling light was removed and a cover installed so you can't even notice that I moved the lighting. They cleaned everything and left no traces they were there, other than the wonderful lighting I now have in my study. Thank you for your terrific work. And best of all, it was very affordable and reasonable pricing. Great job! I'll be using in the future for all electrical issues that arise.

Paid over 400$ for a few mixed up wires on two gang box with two switches. (Electrician) Proceeded to make the fan worse while working on it now it’s completely broken. So over 400$ for two switches and a broken fan. So now I have to buy and install a new fan myself. Will never use this company again. Honestly if he would of had the decency to take the price down after making things worse i wouldn’t feel the need to leave this review but he still charged the original full ridiculous price and acts like I made this huge problem for him with like 3 to 4 wires being in the wrong place absolute joke never again. Also didn’t bother to clean anything either very unprofessional.

Robert installed a new LED system to replace an old fluorescent tube system and did an excellent job. I recommend Mr. Electric for timely pro service.

Hurricane Helene destroyed a lot of my home including the electric.I would highly recommend, Skylar and Maikel were awesome. Skylar kept I contact throughout the entire process. He made it smooth and finished the job as he quoted. I'm so happy with the work they did. Everything looks good and new! Very knowledgeable and up to code!

This company was amazing and was able to schedule us right away. An Electrician named Frank came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to be able to help out our Church.
He installed power for 2 emergency exit signs that did not light up due to not receiving power from a nonworking source. The price was less than we anticipated, and the work was phenomenal. Now we are up to code per fire inspection and will pass when the fire marshal stops in again.

We had a power outage that tripped a GFCI outlet. Robert diagnosed the problem immediately and offered some suggestions on future work that might mitigate the reoccurrence. He was very professional and i will most assuredly use this company in the future for all my electrical needs .

From the service scheduling person to the electrician, everyone had awesome, solid, and thorough communication while remaining pleasant to work with and professional. Excellent Company, we had a major issue with a new hot water heater needing to be rewired and a few other things, they got here the next business day. They are very professional and reasonably priced, we will use them again.

Anthony and crew were outstanding! I appreciated the communication and professionalism of the front office. I have had a relatively small job that has needed to be done for a while. Mr. Electric scheduled it in short order, and came out and took care of everything perfectly and at a reasonable price. Incredibly happy with their service. I will absolutely use them in the future!

Keiv did an amazing job installing my chandelier and entry light. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including carefully moving a Travetine dining table and modifying the entry light fixture to make sure the front door cleared it upon opening. I am extremely happy with the service I received!
