I'm thinking on installing a first-time dishwasher. My house was built in the 50's and my kitchen cabinets and area to place the dishwasher are very small and complex. Also, today's code changes are difficult to maneuver through. The dishwasher needs a dedicated Outlet that is not in place currently. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient and came up with a good solution that I am considering. A plummer will need to be contacted to review the potential electrical work.

The team was very easy and patient to work with. They gave me a rough estimate and troubleshoot some faulty power issues on the property and were able to go out the next day and fixed everything for exactly what they estimated. Their text and email communication was fantastic throughout the process.

I called multiple companies and was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed. I called Mr. Electric and Angel answered the phone with a smile. She provided great customer service and was able to get some one out within a couple of hours to provide I needed. I’m very surprised you want me to review your company and its work product. I called you guys when I was remodeling my kitchen. You sent out a child who spent his time on the phone with I assuming someone from your company that supposedly knew the work. In any event he charged me $250 for nothing and disappeared as quickly as he could. Very sad. Would not recommend your company to mop my floor. Thank you for giving me the chance to tell my story.

Ryan our electrician was in the site on time & identified the issues & what needs to be done withing minutes. My tech is Joshua(is because I will only wait for him to do any and all work) Of course we all know how electricians and many other take advantage and/or sell us with fear. He didn't. He gave me facts, options, future ways to upgrade in a way that is smart and economical. The company he represent is competitive with pricing. I am floored by the interaction. I did not ask if he trained employees or was management, he probably is. If you go with any company go with this one. I promise if you get Joshua you will feel respected, safe, heard.

Our technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was kind and honest. We called Mr. Electric to help us with an outlet that was sparking and Keith did a thorough evaluation of the outlet itself and of our electrical panel and was honest about his findings. I really appreciate Keith and this company, and will be calling them in the future for any electrical needs!

Quick response and great service. Called Mr. Electric to resolve a wiring issue in my electric panel that was raised as an issue during a home inspection that was required to obtain homeowners insurance. Having used Mr. Electric before I placed a call to their office and was given a same day appointment. The technician arrived and quickly resolved the issue and provided pictures that indicated that the problem was resolved to the satisfaction of the home inspector. Great service. Thanks

I had the main power supply line replaced on a house we just purchased. Mr Electric provided the best quote out of 3 contractors. Keiv and Joshua were very professional and had a very positive attitude throughout the project. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. High satisfied and will used them for any additional electrical work I need during the remodel.

The issue was diagnosed in about 30 minutes, but the diagnostic fee was a flat $250 for one full hour with no prorating. The light switch replacement was an additional $80, bringing the total to $330 for roughly one hour of work.

While the work was completed quickly and professionally, the overall cost felt high for routine, non-emergency residential work. I recommend confirming diagnostic and pricing policies clearly before booking.

Skylar from Mr. Electric was excellent. He quickly figured out what was causing the issue, explained it clearly, and walked me through the options without any pressure or upselling. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. You could tell he actually cared about getting to the right solution. I’d definitely ask for Skylar again.

The service was great. Arrived on time. Received notices and a profile link before arriving. Walked through the job and gave me a written estimate. Finished the work and cleaned up. While he was there, I also asked for an estimate on another job. He walked me through several options and pointed out potential problems. Very thorough and knowledgeable

Needed some work electrical work done quickly as a result of a garage renovation project. I was able to schedule Mr. Electric to come out the very next day using their online scheduling option. They notified me promptly of my appointment and when electrician was en route. Anthony showed up on time and took care of everything promptly and professionally. Joshua was absolutely amazing. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. We called them around 5 am when a breaker quit and he was right on time! We had 2 outlets to change out and 6 switches on the breaker box to change and he got it done in 30 minutes tops! Joshua is absolutely our new go to guy!
