I’m really impressed with the service I received. Joshua Jones was very friendly and professional. I have a very old house that has very old wiring. Joshua diagnosed the issue with my dryer outlet, exposed wires and plug right away, walked me through what needed to be done, and completed the repair safely and efficiently. Very respectful, clean work, and great communication from start to finish. I feel so much better knowing it was handled properly. Highly recommend!! Thank you again!

Mr. Electric literally saved the day (and my wallet)!! I reached out to them for a second opinion after I got a crazy quote for some work that needed to be done from a different company.

They sent Ryan out...let me just say, he is the MAN! Top tier professionalism aside, he was just a super cool dude! He walked through everything that I told him I was experiencing and immediately found the true root of the problem. I had a bad disconnect that was preventing full power from getting into the house. The other company told me that I needed a top to bottom full system replacement that would cost me $10K! Ryan literally brought me back to life...didn't try to take advantage, didn't try to upsell...was just concerned about being THOROUGH and TRANSPARENT. Treated my home and my wallet as if it was his own. He saved me a ton of money, a ton of headache, and got my power back on by focusing on and fixing the right issue. City Electric Supply Tampa South is a cut above the rest. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful! It seems they have a couple long time veterans that do their best to help the customer, even the younger fellows seem to have a good head on their shoulders. When you walk in ask it doesn't matter who you deal with, it will get done and be right. This is the definition of what a great electrical supply house should be. I would recommend setting up an account with them since their pricing is the lowest in the business!

After Hurricane Milton, we finally got our power turned back on only to find out we needed a new capacitor for our AC. My husband and I pulled up, not realizing City Electric was already closed. The young man came out and asked us what we needed and we told him, he went and checked and found that they did have it in stock. He let us in to purchase our capacitor and was kind and gracious the whole time. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but his act of kindness was so appreciated, especially in all of the chaos.
