I called acme for my mom and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Steve and Chris came and addressed the problem quickly, they were knowledgeable and very neat. One room was without electricity and they found the short and restored the power quickly. I would use their services again.

Jay & Chris Jr were very professional, on time, and polite. We used them to install wiring for ceiling fans in two of our bedrooms. They will be our first call for future electrical work. Great pricing and excellent service! I highly recommend them for your next job.

Steven did a great job with fixing a couple electrical issues in my house. I had a bad circuit breaker as well as flickering lights throughout my entire house. Steven replaced the breaker with ease and spent extra time troubleshooting the flickering lights, which ended up being a loose neutral wire on the TECO meter. He was able to fix everything up in less than an hour. Very happy with Steven's work and highly recommend Acme!

Steven and Jay (Jeremy) were amazing. They showed up at the designated time and fixed my electrical issues so quickly. They even went the extra mile to explain how the issue occurred and what to do if it happened again. They gave suggestions on how to prevent future problems. The service was amazing and both gentleman had amazing customer service! I will definitely recommend Acme Electrical to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Mike (& Mike/Sully!) today. Our W/D combo quit because the outlet we had did not support what it needed to run. In addition, we had some random power loss that ended up being a TECO issue. Mike was thoughtful, professional, clear and calm in his assessment and work. He even took the time to check out the other electrical stuff that came up which was not why we originally called him. My husband and I were pretty stressed out about the electrical issues but Mike's demeanor and professionalism put us right at ease. The work was done thoroughly and and with care. We will definitely call Mike again if future electrical issues arise. ACME has a great asset in these two professionals who value providing the highest quality service.

We recently hired Acme Electrical Services to rewire a house that we are selling. Prior to hiring them we called a couple different electricians and none of them were as punctual as them in terms of getting out to check on the job and get us a quote. Wendy in the office and Mike were also always available to answer any questions we had while making our decision. We didn’t have a huge window to get the job done and they were able to fit us into an already busy schedule between other jobs. For this, we are so grateful!

Normally I would wait until the job is done to complete my review but I don’t feel as though there is a need to do that in this situation as we are completely impressed with this company. The buyer of the property has been extremely difficult to work with. Since day 1, she’s been calling the electricians daily as well as reaching out to us via our agent to get progress reports. I can only imagine how the team at Acme Electric feels about being micromanaged to this extent but they’ve always remained completely professional despite the constant calls.

It’s a large job that they haven’t even been on a week but today we called to let them know that the buyer wanted to physically stop in to make sure progress was being made(🙄) and we were informed that they put an extra guy on the job to make sure they finish up today.

There are a bunch of 5 star electricians in the Tampa that it can be hard to choose but this type of service is what helps one stand out from the others! Highly recommend this company when you need an electrician in Tampa! Also to add they are competitively priced as we did get 3 quotes for the job. Next time we need an electrician, we won’t look elsewhere.

I am glad I called ACME. I had a recessed light installed by them above our shower today. I had first called a competitor who actually came out to our house to inspection and give us a quote. The quote they gave me was ridiculously high ($1400.00)for what was such a simple job. The quote I received over the phone with ACME was $300.00. I accepted and set the appointment for the following day. They charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Their employees Steve and Chris arrived on time for the appointment and had completed the job in just about an hour. They did good work and were kind and professional. I am happy with our new light. I am very glad I called ACME and recommend them for anyone reading this review.

My pool circuit breaker kept tripping and within 1 day of calling ACME they sent out Jay and Chris to handle the job. They were both very professional, quick, polite and did a great job installing the circuit breaker. They explained the problem and told me they will handle everything. Would highly recommend ACME and ask for Jay and Chris to do any electrical repair.
Now - just a couple weeks later.....
Our circuit breaker kept tripping and since we work out of the home due to Covid - needed fast service! After recently using ACME for our Pool breaker recently, we called them again since they did a great job. They were able to come the next morning, very professional, and FAST! Jay and Chris were great!
Great service and would definitely recommend.

I found them to be a very friendly and professional team that responded to a situation of my own doing whereby I threw out an electric toothbrush in the small plastic bathroom trash can that was leaning up against the hollow wall. A few minutes later, of its own volition, the toothbrush turned on and was vibrating in the trash can to such an extent that it sounded like a very loud motor noise coming from the ceiling. So I thought the worst, didn't know what to do after running all of my own diagnostics and reached out to them. Despite my lack of discernment and detective skill, the team managed to deduce the issue after a few minutes of poking around, much to my chagrin. We all had a good laugh. Great team, I thank them for responding in timely way and allowing me to resume my day in short order.

Mike came out and was extremely informative on issues I was having with my electrical panel. He was honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done and pricing. Mike was professional and I will definitely be using ACME Electrical services in the future! Highly recommended!

Acme electrical was great, the technician arrived on time, he was knowledgeable to where to check on the issue, and when I provide my own parts he was happily to install it without any issues. Will definitely call them back for any other electrical issues in the future. Service cost was good, didn’t think it was crazy price. Totally give them a try.

Roman at Zoom Electric worked with us to address our electricity needs after the inspection when we purchased our home. We feel much safer in our upgraded home, since the old panel was “known to spontaneously burst into flames.” Roman is professional, timely, efficient, and tidy.
