We had tried to repair a 30 year old toliet & instsll the internal tank parts & connect a bidet. We did pretty good but ran into snags with leaks from the toliet & tank, & water hose to the wall leaking. We had called Home Heroes & ran into a snag with them not being able to service us for 3 days. We honestly weren't sure we wanted to continue with this company & then today technician, Brian walked thru our door & how professional he was by introducing himself, asking what the problem was, doing a full assessment & then said it would take him about 10 minutes to have an estimate & about an hour to do the work. My husband & I felt the estimate was fair & Brian finished the repair & had cleaned up any mess he would have made. This was a wonderful experience & we will call you again in the future for our needs, as long as we get Brian. Again, thank you. (:

Problems with our water heater and the guys stuck with the job and got it done! I would recommend them for any plumbing job you need done!

Nick came out about 30 minutes quicker than the eta I was given and he knew exactly how to fix it even with my description of the issue. He got it fixed promptly and didn’t try to upscale anything which is greatly appreciated. We are members and got a slight discount so that’s a plus. Call them and they will help!!! Highly recommend.

I decided to have a Generac installed for hurricane season and this company was suggested to me. I could not have gotten a better suggestion.
James came out and went over the entire process with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
Next came the install. I was blessed with Kris and Taylor as my team. I do mean blessed. They were in and out in a day and did an absolutely awesome job. Very knowledgeable, courteous and also a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend these people and this company for anything you need done in your home. Billy and Hannah did a fantastic job rebuilding the casing to support our air unit in garage. They removed the unit, built up the cabinet underneath, replaced the unit and neatened it up better than it was. So glad they were able to do this extra kind of work.

Chris and Logan we're very professional, çompassionate, knowledgable. They did a great job and recently widow so needed their help with little jobs too that were completed to bring home to code.

They treated myselff and special needs son with respect and made sure he was ok while power was removed for work.

Treat you like family. They were even rehired for another job that I've been waiting for 1 year for a friend's home with ALS severe. She needed told a sub panel but instead did the same as mine a bigger panel with a few more breakers, surge protector , taught the family and staff nurses to use it in storm as back of generator connected to it.

I would rehire them now as my electrician for any job needing electricians.

Lewis (tech) and Kevin were awesome guys! I had so many questions and they were extremely helpful and honest. They made sure everything was done properly and quickly. I had my ugly fluorescent lighting removed and they added 4 recessed lights. I also need a couple outlets and switches removed and added to a different spot. They got the job done the same day.. within two hours, maybe even less!!! Highly recommend this company!

The office staff that I spoke with were also great as well. They gave me a two-hour time window and a call ahead.

Kris and Taylor arrived within the time frame agreed upon. They did an inspection, and we discussed the issues of why I made the appointment. Both issues were taken care of and explained. They both did a great job. Very pleased!!

We recently had Brian and Stuart working at our house and they did a fantastic job. They were neat, quick, and highly respectful throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent and they made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. They also cleaned up thoroughly after themselves which we really appreciated. Overall, they were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have around. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable electricians.

Once again I had a fantastic experience with this very kind and professional plumber “Keith” He ran new lines and made all the necessary connections to install a 3-tier water fountain, and the result was perfect. He took his time to ensure everything was done correctly and that the fountain functioned exactly as it should. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Danny and Eddie are awesome. They were on time, wore shoe coverings and gave us their advice on the installation of 8 LED recessed lighting units. We live in a condo and there is not a lot of crawl space above our unit but Danny and Eddie were able to place all the fitures just where we wanted them! They cleaned up and explained how our lights and dimmers operated before they left. I would highly recommend Electric Today and will call on them again.

Hey friends, time for another review. Today, it's Home Service Heroes...yep, you've heard the jingle on the radio...Call Home Service Heroes, we'll save the day lol... Well, they lived up to their reputation. I was working on installing a WIFI pool pump timer and I just couldn't get the connection right. I'm not an electrician but I thought this was something I could do...Boy, I was dead wrong...I couldn't get power to the device and instead of risking injury, I spoke with Melissa whom connected me to technician Jason. This gentleman has over 16 years of experience. He wasn't pushy or insistent on anything. He was honest....In a day where everything is expensive, Jason pointed some concerns out that my home inspection missed and some areas to watch. Also, he was very thorough with the $79 charge. Jason told me about he could wire my WiFi pool timer but he said John, your circuit breakers box (housing separate power to the pool pump) was badly corroded and you could probably get 3-4 months but you'll need to replace it. Also, the wiring in box isn't up to code. One circuit breaker is damaged and that was to the pool pump. Jason didn't mind answering my questions as I watched. He was very informative and explained about their 9.99 per monthly subscription for members where you can get two free ac checks, one hot water heater check, full house inspection and discounts on home projects. Jason understood I was on a budget but this is something I had to get done for my family. I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that this was a problem. The job was 1088 in total for everything repaired. Electricity is expensive but lives are priceless. I'll figure out how to pay off the credit card. Thank you Jason for being a understanding person and your knowledge is unparalleled. If you are looking for reliability from a stable company over 20 years, look no further than the experts with Home Service Heroes. Ask for Jason. Two month update...no response from the company!

I do have some reservation as to writing this review. However, as you can see with the attached pictures, it is warranted. I had originally called this business to have them rewire six switched outlets for sconce lights and to have them give me an estimate about installing a point of use water heater in our master bathroom.

The two technicians that came out, Mike (great work) and the other (will not be named) came out on time. Mike did 90% of the work, very professional. The other individual did several things that led to his removal from our property: left multiple battery chargers on some fairly expensive furniture instead of placing them on the floor, was in and out of the house over 30 times (we stopped counting) slamming the door each time, all he did was talk about the money he made from jobs, smoking pot, and he used a butterfly knife to destroy the wall around one of our outlets (the one thing he did besides run his mouth)...When the plumber showed up, I had some very specific questions for him. The unnamed individual was very pushy with me and the plumber and I was unable to talk with him. The plumber basically shut down after being railroaded by the other guy. And to top it off, the unnamed individual started to jack hammer our floor without having a plan in place or a way forward based on a conversation that myself and the plumber were unable to have...The guy was very pushy and only cared about cutting corners and getting to the next job...I seriously doubt that this is the first time someone has complained about him or his work. It is a shame that the company has not stepped in to resolve these types of issues prior to this...or maybe the yhave?

Long story short, Mike did a great job with the sconce rewiring. The other guy destroyed our property and we are left with the mess and repairs. The next morning, I called and told them I did not want the other guy back and that Mike was more than welcome to come back and finish up the work. When Mike showed up, he was able to talk to the plumber for the questions I had and we decided it was not worth it to pursue the point of use water heater.

For the good part, we did receive a refund a week later for the work that was not performed.

The bad part is that we are left with having to repair our drywall around the outlet that was destroyed with a butterfly knife and the shower flooring that had been jack hammered for no reason.

And for costs, running 36' of 14/2 for the outlet/sconce wiring cost around $1,600 and the cost of the point of use water heater install (wiring/plumbing) that was refunded was around $3,200. And we are left with around $400 worth of repairs to pay for ourselves due to the destruction left in our home. And one of the technicians stated there were no discounts at the time while the other stated there were. Are there? Disappointed with the experience...

I’ve used Home Service Hero’s at three different homes, and they continue to impress me with their great communication from the appointment reminder’s, on time service calls, and their well trained electricians. Today Lewis was able to help us move/add electrical outlets, as well as install a ceiling fan. He did an awesome job coming up with solutions to meet our needs. Lewis was great to work with & very knowledgeable.

Lewis also shared the savings I could get with their Safe Guard plan, which practically paid for itself with the amount of work we had done. With that plan I can now have two AC tune ups over the best year for free.

Mark installed a generator inlet and interlock kit for my mom. I really really appreciated how he took his time explaining things and was super thorough. He went about it so well in all the ways- he explained everything, left notes and a sticker in the panel, and she was able to video it so in case her power goes out she knows what to do, and how it works. He was patient, thorough, and went above and beyond. You can’t buy peace of mind like this. Can’t thank y’all enough for the good things and good people you have!!

Chris B is absolutely The best human being on the planet! He worked Very hard from 9 AM to 4 PM to get my electricity back and running with a new Electrical panel!
Looks Awesome!! I feel so safe now, knowing I do not have to worry about my electrical system any more! I recommend Home Service Heroes to everyone! Just when you thought customer service was no longer, Home Service Heroes is the Best!
