Mike and Louis are awesome! They removed 2 old fans, replaced with 2 new fans. Mike suggested one old one in my laundry room. It was the best decision. Also, light fixture in carport moved above sitting area and fan installed. They do excellent work. They clean everything up and remove old electrical equipment and boxes. They are professional, kind, respond quickly and friendly. Thank you, Carol L.

Mike and Sully came and did such an amazing job! We had a main breaker that kept flipping, as well as a HOT electrical panel that could have burned the house down!! We had no idea of the fire hazard and we are so grateful that everything was resolved so quickly and professionally!!

Excellent service. Called today at 9am they were there by 11:00 and problem was fixed the electrical problem right away. No nonsense great technicians. Very pleased.

Excellent service. Helped me with an emergency and got my electric back on quickly. I had a very old electrical panel and they worked hard to find me the best price to replace my part that was no longer made. They were great. All around highest recommendations!

Amazing service, and a great price! I called on a Thursday and had an appointment for Monday morning. Dave was super informative and easy to work with. He explained exactly how the transfer switch would work and how to use my generator with it. He offered to walk me through the process and let me video it for future reference and he mentioned putting together a document to share as well.

They were by far the best price of the 3 places we got quotes from, and the most responsive. They answered all of my questions and made it very easy. I will be using them for all electrical needs in the future!

This company is Reliable, Professional & I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their secretary Wendy is outstanding with communication & follow-up. We are now signed up to receive generator maintenance and couldn’t be more pleased.

Mike and Steven are really outstanding electricians. They were very thorough in their investigation and very knowledgeable about what caused the issue. They were also extremely thorough about fixing the issue and making sure that it doesn’t happen again. Will use this company again in a heartbeat.

Leaving this review as we had a horrible experience with this company and it took 3 technicians to come out and do the job properly. The first tech came out last week for a service call as our unit kept shutting off. He never used the shop vac to attempt to unclog our drain line, but instead he put a rag in the pipe to dry up the area where the water was pooling so our unit would "work" again. The second tech who came out just for maintenance that I had previously scheduled and didnt have proper equipment on his van to complete the service. I had a gut feeling these guys ger paid based on their sales which one of the three techs who came out confirmed is indeed true. Instead of fixing our issue they tried to keep selling me things that were not necessary. After speaking to the manager, the tech today came out and took his time to use the shop vac on the outside drain line as well as Instead. He was able to unclog the drain without us having to spend an additional $200+ for nitrogen which had been recommended. After our experience, I have 0 trust in this company and their techs and will not be using them in the future.

Nicholas, an HVAC technician, was here due to a persistent buzz in our electrostatic air filter. While here, over an hour, he did a maintenance check of the entire system. All was fine except the filter frame/ballast still buzzed. Nicholas ordered a new frame. Because we have a service plan and/or our AC system is under warranty, our cost was zero.
Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he left no mess in the house despite the rainy day.
Highly recommended.

Chris and Taylor were here exactly on time. Both were very professional. Got everything we wanted done to our extreme satisfaction. We are all happy with the work they did! Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explains what’s going on and gives best recommendation on how to remedy for long lasting results. I never feel like I’m being oversold or pressured. He has come out multiple times and is extremely thorough and looks at all areas of our air conditioning so we have all the information to make the best decision for us. 5 stars every time Nicholas comes by!

Outstanding service! Our A/C unit need fixing. Our service technician was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the repairs needed. He made sure every step of the way to check with us to make sure we were ok with the repairs before he did them. His work was flawless, and he cleaned up so well after that I couldn't even tell that so much extensive work had been done. And he took the time to show us what he had done after each step, so we could see the progress. And he made sure, 150%, that we were happy with everything as he finished each step. My A/C is working like new again. Thank you Mike for being our Hero today!

There was an emergency at our house and we needed an electrician asap. I googled “electricians in Tampa”, there were lots of options. We chose this company because they have 20 plus years in business and great reviews. We definitely chose the best. Kris was professional and knowledgeable. We will be using Home Service Heroes for all our electrical need’s from now on.

Becoming a member of Home Service Heroes was the best decision I made as a first time homeowner. I had to do so many repairs and renovations after I moved in, and HSH has an expert for nearly everything, and they’re all so kind, respectful, thorough, detail oriented, and give me such peace of mind! I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen! (Shoutout to Nicolas for an awesome response to an emergency AC repair!)

We had an amazing experience with this company. We had a pop up plumbing problem but they cover a.c. and electrical too. Nichole was great. She explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she got the job done. Even helped us out with a membership plan for some other new homeowner little problems we are finding/fixing. Definitely recommending them to all our family and friends in the future.

Home service heroes Plumber came monday and charged us $200 for diagnostic and simple repair and did NOT even fix the issue or diagnose. Next day our toilet leak turned worse and ceiling damage.

We had to get a leak restoration repair company come in who said if the plumber would have done their job it wouldnt have gotten this bad. The toilet needed repair and was leaking all the way downstairs. What a nightmare this has caused.

I cannot say enough about these exceptional peoole! Kris and Taylor not only listened to my requests and concerns, they truly became part of the family! I will really miss them! The work they did was nothing short of perfection! Every day, when I came home to my former home, that had been literally destroyed by a tornado in hurricane Milton, they greeted me with a huge smile and truly made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I couldn't have gotten through these difficult times without them. Also, kudos to mullet man and kevin, who helped with the AC and Plumbing they were exceptional as well! There should be no other decision Go with Home Service Heroes.They truthfully, are the BEST in the business!
And they certainly were my HEROES!!!

Brian Haney did a fantastic and very professional job installing an EV Charging circuit and new circuit breaker panel in our condo. I will definitely call Home Service Heroes again for any needed electrical work. They responded quickly, stayed until the job was done and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. It is a pleasure to see that true professionals still exit who are not satisfied until the job is done right. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience with Home Service Heroes.

I had both an HVAC technician and an electrician come out, and unfortunately, I was left feeling overcharged and unsure about the quality of the service.

The HVAC technician quoted me $1,400 for a deep cleaning, which I did need and appreciated him pointing out. However, I decided to get a second opinion, and another company completed the exact same job for $700 — half the price.

As for the electrical work, the initial technician charged me for a repair, but the outlet still wasn’t working properly after he left. When he returned, he said he would need to cut into the drywall and rerun the wiring. This seemed excessive, so I brought in a different electrician, who quickly identified a simple wiring issue and fixed it without any major work.

While both technicians were polite and professional in their demeanor, the experiences left me disappointed and concerned about transparency, experience and pricing. Because of the courtesy shown by the technicians, I’m giving two stars instead of one — but unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel confident using this company again.
