Home Services Heroes were great. Called the same day and got the service done the same day. Kevin was really good. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He got the job done well and quickly. Would hire this company again for future repairs.

I had a pipe break over the weekend and called for emergency service - even knowing that it would be a $200+ after hours charge. Their AI answering service said a technician would contact me when they were on the way. That was 3 days ago and still haven't heard from them. I just tried to follow up with them and the AI Assistant said someone would call me tomorrow. No thanks. Poor customer service. Good thing I found a company that actually answers their phone.

Thank you Nicholas! Had a rough go of it with my ac but, 3rd times the charm. Jack worked hard and was thorough and never gave up on us. Lots of trouble shooting and back and forth. I appreciate Electric Today for being flexible and honorable. I still had issues with my ac getting too cold and not turning off, when I was ready to give up Nicholas saved the day by squeezing in my tiny attic and rewiring the unit. Nicholas and Jack were both very sweet and respectful and I appreciate the work they did! Thanks again Nicholas for solving the issue!

This company sets the bar with their professionalism from the tech that quoted me to the customer service that I received when I called in to set my appointment. They were straight and upfront about all costs. Eddie the technician was calm and respectful at all times and always had a smile on his face. His experience in the field showed and his expertise shined during the work he performed at my home. From the moment he arrived on site I knew I had made the right choice in who I selected to do my electrical work. His mannerisms and the way he performed his job was top notch and his explanation on his work was easy and lite enough for me to understand.

During the appointment as a customer I felt calm and at easy about the work that was being done. I did not hover over his work but I did periodically checks and Eddie did not mis a beat. He cleaned up all tools and debris with care and concern like he was cleaning his own yard and as a customer I really appreciate that.

Now the install was a bit challenging but Eddie never showed it as he worked like a cool summer breeze. For me the costumer this appointment was a home run and I hate spending money but I am glad I made the call and got the work done with your company..

Eddie also got me signed up for the membership and I am looking forward to seeing how that goes. I look forward to meeting more of your team thru my membership.

horrible work ethic from a not so gentleman Ryan. From my experience it seemed he was very unprofessional and unnecessarily raises his voice at his employees in front of paying customers which is not a good look. They are an amazing company. On time, professional, and knowledgeable! Eddie K and Daniel are simply the best!! I needed a chandelier installed and they were able to problem solve the issues involved in replacing the old light fixture with a larger and heavier fixture as well as a dimmer switch. You won’t be disappointed with their service.

Sasha came out and quoted my job and wrote the instructions wrong so the installer(s) showed up with the wrong equipment. Instead of getting the right equipment they decided to plow ahead and make a MESS of my entire master bedroom.

I went to check on how they were doing and they were cutting out light fixture holes with a multi tool and there was a visible, THICK cloud of drywall dust in my bedroom. Instead of using a hole saw with dust collection and a funnel to capture fine particles and dust like Sasha had assured me.

I called their main number and asked to speak to a manager and was connected with James - he didn't seem to care or understand the health hazard. His solution was "I'll replace your air filter" (spoiler its already in the vents since silica dust needs a MERV 17+ filter to catch, and I only had a Merv7/12 because I wasn't expecting this) and "I've never had anyone complain about drywall dust"

Drywall dust can contain silica dust. Silica dust causes an incurable disease called silicosis with long term exposure that destroys your lungs and can kill you.

So not only is Home Service Heroes / Electric Today screwing with customers homes, they don't provide proper PPE or education to their employees.

This dust is everywhere. My AC vents, my clothes, my bedding. EVERYWHERE.

I now have to figure out how to test if my drywall has silica in it, and figure out how to clean this mess up.

Been a customer for over 5 years and spent north of 10k with this company and I've never been treated this poorly or had such a fiasco of an install.

I’ve been using Home Service Heroes for over a year now. They perform regular maintenance on our AC. Staff are always clean and professional. I had them come out today to replace water supply valves in our bathroom sinks. Keith and his coworker did a great job!

Please read this review before hiring them, About a year ago we called them for one of our room having no electricity in any of the outlets. They sent their "techs" over and they did some basic youtube video tests that I already performed prior to calling. They were going to charge me $500 for the diagnosis and $1300 for the fix. Mind you this is a brand new house maybe 3 years old max when I originally called. They said it was the wiring and they would need to break the wall and rewire and they said they wont fix the wall they broke to fix the issue, $1300 is alot so we decided to wait and look around and just hold off.

a year later (today) we call some local electrician recommendation from next door and the issue was just a loose wire on one of the light switches.... no rewiring needed... and this local electrician fixed it for $80, no dumb fee for coming out, no dumb fee for fake diagnosis.

Im legit pissed, this is why im writing this review so i can save someone from this mistake i made calling this company.

The techs they sent over looked like some kids that just graduated from highschool, they clearly didnt know what they were doing and to charge me $500 for fixing nothing and misdiagnosing my issue is wild to me. Have used them for years for small electrical jobs, but so glad Mark did a whole house check. He explained how code has changed on our 38 year old home, so we opted for a breaker panel “rejuvenation”‘and surge protection. Our exterior outlets were fried and this option made the most sense.

Chris was the best. I looked elsewhere and was not happy with anyone else. Chris is the real deal. He gets the job done exactly how you would expect or he will come back and make it right. Very happy with all the work we had done. Wiring in the living room, new circuit panel, new transfer switch box and inlet for our portable generator. He was on time, hardworking, explained everything he was doing and made sure we understood everything and left our place just as clean as it was before he started. Highly recommend.

Called Home Service Heroes about a full wiring of a new shed to make into a home office and Jon was out the next day to give a quote! Itemized quote in my inbox same day and the work started the following Monday! The team is professional, knowledgeable and on time! Can't recommend this team enough for Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Services and love using family owned and operated hometown businesses!
