Josh D. Provided Outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. He took the time to listen, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find people who genuinely care about doing a great job, but he absolutely does. I left feeling valued and confident in the service I received. Highly recommend josh. No complaints with the work but they charged $296 for installing a GFCI outlet where a functional outlet was before. No complicated wiring, a few minutes of work. That was separate from the level 1 troubleshooting which was $370. Service fees are what they are, but a GFCI outlet without labor costs $20. I would have done it myself except I had to have proof of a licensed electrician doing it to sell my house. Never feels good to know you're getting robbed.

Needed a licensed electrician to come to my home & simply test wires in my attic to verify that they were dead. Cody S. was my technician and made everything super easy. Very polite, respectful & explained the whole process to me so that I could understand what was going on. 10/10 would use Hoffman Electrical for any future needs.

We used Hoffman Electrical in the past and today and had great experiences both times. Osmany and Jose came out today to add a new electrical outlet, ceiling junction box, assembled and hung nine light fixtures and two fans. They were knowledgable, kind, professional and helpful. We're super happy with the way everything went and would recommend without hesitation. We'll definitely use Hoffman Electrical for our future needs.

Very happy I ended up using Hoffman. My tech, Nelson was very efficient and knowledgable. He provided a cheaper and better solution than the one I had prepared for. He made the process very easy and was in and out with no issues at all in a matter of a few days within my initial call.

I am giving Hoffman Electric a five star rating for their customer service and follow up. I recently had an issue and was contacted by JD the electrical manager. He listened to my problem and was very professional. He worked with me to find an agreeable solution and I’m very pleased.
You will find their customer service outstanding from the service call to the notification and picture of who will be coming on your property. My technician, Cody was very knowledgeable and quick to finish the job.

James and Rolando were top notch! I cannot recommend this company more. I had my A/C done a year ago by Hoffman and then today I had my weather head and electrical service moved to the other side of my house by James and Rolando. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Love this company! Again I cannot say anything but positive things. This company is the epitome of what customer service should be.

Once again, Nelson did an excellent job! He shows up on time, is extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and very efficient in his work. He finished within the time frame he gave me and he cleaned up after himself. I will always request Nelson when I need electrical service.

Wow. Jason came in today and went above and beyond. He took his time and was a perfectionist. I was actually thinking I needed to have patch work done on my drywall when he was finished but he was so good I can’t even tell there was work done. 👍👌I am super pleased. I literally had to force him to stop cleaning up. I will be a loyal Hoffman customer for any electrical AND ac needs. Thanks a bunch Jason. We called Hoffman Electrical to request a quote to upgrade our electrical panel. They sent Mr. Nelson Caro. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and explained everything in detail.

I requested an estimate for replacing 2x200amp electrical panels. Hector was professional and thorough with his review of my existing installation. I had a written estimate emailed to me within 2hours.

Today 6/2/25 Roland G was our technician that came to our home to bond/ground a track pipe for LP gas line.
