After many tries I highly recommend semper Solaris as your solar company I’m very happy with their service my bills are very low now I have some problems before but they took care of my problems and the system is working great please hire Semper Solaris as you’re solar company.

Dave came out to our house and was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was great to work with. I highly recommend Dave as your Solar sales rep.

We had a fantastic experience getting solar panels with Semper Solaris. We had an excellent salesperson, Rick Charron, who was very responsive and informative! We love saving money and the environment at the same time!

Avoid at all Cost, purchased two tesla power walls from this company over two years ago. The only thing that they did that they said they were going to do is take my money. To make it all even worse they farmed out the battery install to another company called Energy Solutions direct out of pinellas park FL. They clown electrical company came out and installed the batteries differently than the batteries were suppose to be installed. We then failed both of the following two city of St petersburg Electrical inspections. To date I have yet to recieve the proper tesla power wall conections to the grid. I am unable to pull any additional permits or sell my house until this last electrical power wall permit is finalized

We got a solar and roof combination package with Owens Corning Roofing. We really like the fact that this is a Veteran company, and that a lot of veterans work for this company. Larry was a really good and professional sales rep. We would highly recommend the company.

Set up an appointment to meet with this team, they even called and text to confirm, and then never showed up. I canceled with them immediately. If that's the best they can do for a first impression, its not worth the risk.
Edit: 2 daysater I received a call saying they were going to "look seriously into the problem" and asked me to delete the review. Guess that explains why there are so few.

I had a great experience working with Semper Solaris to install solar panels on my home. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. Since the installation, my energy bills have decreased significantly, and I'm proud to be using clean, renewable energy. I highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone interested in solar energy.

Stay away from this company, worst customer service.manager of the local office in Tampa Florida , his name is MIC, never answer the phone if need help, never call back . This company doesn’t stand behind their products. They installed the panels to my house last year, the produced energy is 50% of the consumed, I ended paying to the bank and paying to Duke Energy company.
Please stay away from this company.

I am a customer very very disappointed and frustrated.
I regret dealing with Semper Solaris altogether. My worst decision ever so far .

On another note, going solar in Florida, with net-metering (over 10kw), is very costly on the home owner insurance side. I used 3 insurance Brooker to get the best quote and my bill still TRIPLED.
It negates all the benefits of going solar for me.
All considered, it will cost me at least $500 more on the first year rather than not going solar.

And this is not considering Semper Solaris delays for inspections (3+ months so far, not completed) cost to me. The project was started about 7 months ago.

If the net-metering is not active, you lose money every month!

Additionally, for my case, Semper Solaris used a subcontractor to do the work, which complicated just about everything and was not expected.

Installed (2) Tesla Powerwalls to my existing Tesla solar system. The installation was excellent and the crew was very professional. My problem is that reps from the company started off saying they need to come out and take pictures of the install. They never showed up. That turned in too many calls and emails asking for screen shots from my Tesla app showing that the batteries are working. After many screen shots, they asked for even more. At this point it felt almost harassing. I replied to their email stating I’m done with all the pictures. They replied with “The loan company needs the pictures or the loan will be cancelled???” We have made our scheduled payments on time since day one so I replied “Cancel the loan and come get your batteries.” Today I got another friendly reminder to send three days of screen shots from my app. I didn’t have to send pictures of my odometer on my car when I got my car loan. Something seems shady. We do have a screenshot of the conversation with the rep if needed.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! Representatives never return calls and fail to give accurate updates on Solar Panel projects. Search out other Solar Panel companies first before selecting Semper Solaris. In addition Semper Solaris took around a month to return my call call for a problem I had in my system which resulted in my electric bill doubling!!! Please look at all reviews before making a decision on this company! Wish I had went with another company.

This is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. Seriously, steer clear. I read the reviews but the sales rep was so amazing (he no longer works for this company) that I ignored them.
We signed our contract in December, work didn't start until March which was frustrating but fine. Semper hired a contractor to come out and place the rails and panels, he put multiple holes in the roof because he "couldn't find the studs" the rep from Semper got into an argument with him on my roof and kicked him off the job. I requested that we get roofer out to fix the holes, instead, the sales rep went up and "fixed" them. A day later, a pallet of solar panels was dropped off in my driveway, they are still sitting there...5 months later...we discovered tonight that the roof is leaking. Huge surprise, there is no resolution and no one to talk to.
Run. Far. Away. I promise it's not worth it.
