Adrian and Thomas came to give service to my A/C.. couple of guy very pleasant and fast workers, Adrian explain what he is doing very well. They were wonderful even help me with my groceries

Adrian and dennis was a wonderful service man. He was very polite and helpful. My air conditioner Was not Cooling properly. Adrian Made sure my wife and I were Satisfied. Very good customer service. Adrian you are the best.

Timothy was great. You can tell he has been doing this a long time. He was informative and quick with his repair. If you need work done, definitely see this guy!

I have gone back and forth of if I wanted to post this review. I really try not to bash any local businesses but with this one, I feel I have to based on their unwillingness to help with any of their mistakes. In July of 2020 I had fairway out to my house to replace an AC and add return vents. What ensued was nothing short of complete irresponsible labor. The "one to two" day job took almost 5... immediately after the job was complete I commented on sealing paint dripping down the side of my AC. I was told that was "normal" for FL... it then began to have mildew, I was told "it isnt active and is just because of the first issue". It continued to grow... I brought it up every time I saw them... finally in June of 2023 I called them out for the 3rd time to specifically look at this. I was told "you should have told us earlier". I was then told that the owner said there is nothing wrong, this is normal, and he would not do anything more. This company is does not stand by their work, does terrible work, and should not be recommended. The attached pictures are from about a month ago. This system looks 20 years old... but it is barely three... completely unacceptable. I also should mention they cut into my ceiling on the wrong side of a stud, the AC went down for a month in the middle of the summer right after install, and the return vent in my room broke... OH and lets not forget the duct work they did... it all had to be redone because it was so poorly put together. I hope this review catches their attention or at least yours... my guess is they dont care. I had to spend an extra $1500 just to fix their mess.

Adrian is such a kind, respectful and honest and individual. When he came by to look at our air conditioner that was not working properly he was able to figure out what the issue was in minutes and had put a temporary fix so that we could have some air conditioning, and He had even shown us exactly the condition of certain parts within the air conditioner and what was going to be replaced and or what to keep an eye on incase for the future. He was not pushy in anyway and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what was going to happen and how soon it can get repaired with how kind and knowledgeable Adrian is, will defiantly be calling again for future maintenance

I highly recommend Fairway to anyone in need of a reliable company with skilled technicians. V was extremely helpful and managed to fix my AC, ensuring that my family stays cool this summer.

i highly recommend Fairway Heating and cooling when my dads condenser wasn’t working they sent izzy to come up with a solution, safe to say he izzy found a solution in no time had my dads house cooling back to normal i can say even better than it use to be , i thank fairway for sending izzy and i also want to send thanks to the technician izzy he’s a true professional

This was the first time I used Fairway, and I will use them again for sure. They are now my go to HVAC company. Good work and fair pricing. My techs Raymond and Adrian were super helpful and did great work, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Highly recommended.

I have never truly been happy with an HVAC company here in Florida after dealing with 10+ different companies. That is until I found Fairway.

I called the Thursday or Friday before Christmas to have someone come out and give a quote on a new A/C system install. Vidal came out the same day, arrived on time, even though it was after normal working hours for him, he said it was fine and wanted to come out.

First, Vidal is extremely professional while being being humble and charismatic, the exact person you want to make a good first and lasting impression for your company. Second, he was very thorough in explaining what he was checking while in the attic looking at the unit being retired. Third, while going over the replacement models, he was again, very thorough in explaining in what we would be getting with this new unit (even drawing a diagram out for me which was not needed but much appreciated, he has excellent sketching skills!)

The quote provided by Vidal was about $6000 less than the other new unit quotes I received from other companies, which right now, is a huge incentive to choose Fairway. Plus the guarantees and warranties provided by Fairway and the manufacturer are great as well.

The install happened the Tuesday after Christmas, so a 3 or 4 day turnaround from when we signed the contract to when the job was completed. That was incredible to me. I've had HVAC repair jobs takes TWO WEEKS to be completed and Fairway had my old unit removed and the new one install the same day. The installers were fantastic as well. They were extremely neat and tidy, not loud (the AC unit is in my bedroom where I work from home at) which was much appreciated, and they answered every question I had that I forgot to ask Vidal when he was providing the quote.

After the install, Jorge came out to inspect the work done as well, something else that was also appreciated. Jorge was also professional, wearing booties as it had been raining, answered more questions (I have had a lot of HVAC issues so I have a lot of questions!) There were two minor things that needed to be addressed and of course Fairway had someone out right away to fix, but this in no way dampens my view of Fairway in the slightest. The same guys who did the install were the ones who made the fix and they were here less than an hour, something else that also impressed me. Of course, the installation passed County inspection.

And finally, although I did not personally deal with the dispatchers or customer service reps that often, I am told they were great as well, extremely professional and communicated exceptionally when someone was on their way or scheduled to come out.

I still feel like I am in a fever dream after having dealt with so many other shoddy HVAC companies in Tampa. Fairway has been my ray of sunshine in a sky full of dark HVAC clouds and I am so glad that I called them. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I dealt with from start to end has been exceptional!

OH AND THEY ARE **LOCAL** AND NOT SOME MULTINATIONAL CONGLOMERATE COMPANY WHO JUST WANTS TO UPSELL YOU ON A SERVICE PLAN! Something else that I very much appreciate.

9/9/2025 update: Adrian and Mario came out due to water dripping from the ceiling. Both gentlemen were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the issue very well and were able to fix it without issue. 10 out of 10 would recommend every time!

I had a new coil put in my existing air handler still under warranty and the crew that assisted from the person coming out to see the problem to the person I spoke to that made the service appointment to the techs that came out to install my coil.I give a great big pat on the back for not only a GREAT JOB but everyone was polite and professional.now my wife is happy so that makes me happy and no more hot nights.I have had a lot of service done to my homes and it's not easy to find service that you can trust but now I found fairway heating and cooling that gets the job DONE.Thankyou guys very much.👍
