What a wonderful guy’s name is Ray. He came and did his job. He cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this to everybody. I was so happy to let him into my home.

Anthony Cook was awesome to work with. Never thought I would need the heater in Florida, but it was cold this weekend. Anthony was able to fix the issue and now we are not freezing. Thank you so much for your quick work.

A. Cook is a rare serviceman. Very professional and comprehensive. I knew when he called based on his mannerism that he had provided service to my home previously. He gave clear instructions to my tenants and kept me in the loop - calling and texting. I appreciate his explanations and follow through.

Davon is an excellent employee, has an above a beyond attitude towards his customers. He really understood my feelings yesterday with the heat in my house with my grandchildren. I really appreciate both him and manager. Looking forward to working with them.

Ray was a great technician. He thoroughly inspected the A/C and clearly explained the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I appreciated how he took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was clear.

I just wanted to let you guys know that your technician Rahiem is outstanding.
He came in and didn't a hell of a job of cleaning out my air conditioner and also which I have never seen before he went into my attic and inspected my ducts which to me is very impressive since he is only doing a cleaning.
I will recommend Jack Rabbit to my neighbors and friends and for sure I will tell them to ask for Rahiem.

Person nice, practice bad.

They attempted to sell me
-A pull and clean on the air handler coils
-Duct work (because the static pressure is low)
-Leak sealent & recharge
-High voltage kit for the compressor

I was suspicious on how my AC has been fine and took a turn to so bad so fast, got a second opinion to confirm
-The air handler coils are clean, no action needed
-Ducts: I've got an older house, it's got blown insulation in the attic. If I had a real leak it would be a snowglobe in the attic, amd I'd be pulling it out of the registers everyday.
-System was appropriately pressurized
-The compressor is pulling the spec amperage it's supposed to and has no problems.

Devon did an exceptional job cleaning out my system inside and out. Didn't rush, answered all the questions I had, and was very knowledgeable. Not pushy for an upsale, just professional service. New AC company but in an area with lots of competition, Jack Rabbit AC stands out for their quality work. Highly recommend Devon!

I have a great impression of Jack Rabbit and an even better opinion of Rahiem. He understands me and he's really easy to talk to. It's obvious he he knows what he's doing and is giving me greater advice. My family lost many thousands of dollars in the last days so we will probably wait but are thankful for the inspection.

Fantastic service provided by Davon very professional and informative. Thorough cleaning provided was exceptional and preventative measures he did to minimize future motor issues was greatly appreciated. He didn't hesitate answering any concerns. I would definitely recommend AC service from this company.

Tyler was knowledgeable, worked diligently and did really well at explaining what the issues were in a way we (non ac experts) could understand.
He ordered the parts required and we are happy to be on our way to having a working AC again.

We cannot say enough great things about Super ABC! First we called five companies and although some say 7 days a week 24!hrs we couldn’t get A/C for a day or two. We realize it is hot and everyone is busy but the lady that answered the phone at Super ABC was the kindest most empathetic and professional of them all. I wish we had her name. She reached out and said either that night Sunday or Monday morning and Robert called very shortly after. His communication was great letting us know when he was getting here, very professional and polite when he arrived. We ended up buying the maintenance plan and an additional product because we trusted him. He changed the fuse quickly. We signed up because between the customer service professional and Robert we are happy to use them again for plumbing, HVAC and any other service. Great find at a bad time!

Denis S. did a very thorough job and a great job, explaining what the problem was, and taking his time and expertise to get the job done right. He had all the right equipment to do the job right, and it was greatly appreciated.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my AC system and duct work completely redone by this company a little over a year ago. I had a little one on the way and our old AC unit went out. After talking with their sales rep I thought it was gonna be an amazing company to go with for the project. I was sadly mistaken. First their technician scratched up our new flooring. That they made right on and compensated us for the damages to be repaired. After installation they did not clean up their mess. After calling they sent a technician to clean it up attitude included and honestly, I had to go back behind him and clean it anyway. Not even a few months later my unit froze up and leaked into the drain pan, it filled the pan and leaked through my ceiling. Called and they sent a tech, all he did was empty the drain pan with no effort to diagnose the issue. I wish I could say that's all but it's happened multiple times since. A little over a year of having the system and my hallway ceiling is coming down. I've tried contacting them and they sent, wait for it....another technician. He was very nice and professional at least. Emptied the drain pan said nothing was wrong just a clogged pipe, and that he would check back in a week. Have yet to hear back from anyone about the ceiling. Strongly recommend going elsewhere. They're unreliable and do awful work.

Update: After having to get back in touch with them, multiple times, they did finally send a company out to fix our ceiling.

Robert was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanation of everything. Showing me each step of the way was great! Give that man a raise! He deserves it.

Found this company and so glad I did. The techs were professional and nice and so was the manager. This company went above and beyond to find and find the issue and fixed it! 10/10 I recommend

Alexis came out today and the service was amazing! He helped me out so much and showed me exactly what needed to be done for my system to run smoothly.

Denis S took care of my issue explained what it should look like and made sure everything was working the way it should before he left (even though the job was very simple) he made sure I had no issues before he left. Thank you Denis!

I have experienced issues with my AC but was finally able to talk to someone other than the technician. I have been assured the company will work to resolve the issues I’ve experienced. So I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars, I can’t give them 5 just yet, proof is in the dependability of my AC unit going forward.

I do appreciate the calls to resolve my concerns, and the professionalism of the technicians.
