Had the pleasure of meeting Robert J today. He was initially here for HVAC maintenance/tune up. He went above and beyond today. Really great guy and personable.

I could tell the Chris cared about what he does immediately. He straightened the damaged coil fins without being asked to, throughly checked the system, explained everything in detail and made sure everything was right before he left. I would definitely recommend ABC for replacement or repair.

Love ABC after posting my negative comment about the service I had received. Let me explain the service I receive is always great. I was just unhappy with the price they had quoted me for the service I had wanted installation of the IFlow I had purchased from The Home Depot . Bryant reached out to me and is sending me some money saving coupons so hopefully I can use their services again in the future Thank you Bryant for reaching out to me. I was fortunate to get same day service. The technician Christopher was fantastic. He explained everything to me always making sure I understood what he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident in resolving the issue which he accomplished. He is probably the best technician who has helped. I like the service plan and am glad they have it in place. The office and technician communicated well and let me know when they would arrive. Overall I am happy to recommend this company

Denis S worked efficiently to get the unit back to good working condition. He sent me before and after pictures of his work This helped me understand the problems and how they were corrected. I was pleased with his work.

We had a slight issue with our air conditioner, and Elizabeth was our technician who did an excellent job. Very thorough and professional. Elizabeth explained everything clearly from start to finish, which we really appreciated a job that was done correctly. Great service! We’ll definitely use them again.

Giving a get shout out to Robert from Super Heat and Air. He’s very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He has provided excellent customer service for my a/c system on a few occasions. I appreciate his willingness to take the extra time to explain more about my unit.

Denis S. arrived on a Saturday promptly to address the AC shutting off and not coming back on. He cleared the drainage line that was clogged which is a bit of a complicated at our older condo complex, especially as it is undergoing reconstruction following last year’s hurricanes. He also did the maintenance on the cooling and heating elements of the HVAC system. He explained every step and was thorough and professional. He also followed up by sending photos so I can take up some of the larger building drainage issues with the association/management company.

Denis came to my house for a tune up for my a/c system. He gave me all the options and what needed to be done for my home to cool properly. I definitely recommend his services as he is honest and upfront about services that need to be done. Definitely 5 stars

Robert J got my A/C cleaned up after years of neglect. He was respectful, efficient, and walked me through what he was doing while he was doing it. Told me clearly what my options were for maintenance and repairs, but wasnt pushy when it came to extras or add-ons.

Chris and Abe was amazing, felt like two family members were in our house. I believe they went above and beyond for this service or else that is the standard for ABC plumbing, air and heat. We will definitely be calling them back when we need service.

We had a leak in our AC system and was really worried about the cost and hassle of getting it fixed. Thankfully, Denis S. came out and did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in simple terms, fixed the issue efficiently, and even gave us tips on how to maintain the system going forward. Austin and Joseph did a fantastic job installing our indoor and outdoor AC unit! They were friendly, respectful, efficient, communicated clearly, and kept our home clean.
