Ethan did a bang up job on our new ac repair.
Apparently one of the seals in the ductwork blew causing a diminshed flow in one bathroom.

He identified leak, repaired anfd verified the warrenty coverage quickly and efficiently.

Davon was amazing. He walked us through everything and made sure we were taken care of. Update- after getting 3 other quotes for the services and everything that the company recommended I do, it was way over what other companies quoted me.The work they did do was over 800$ for something other companies would have charged closer to 400$… But I’d do anything to get out of the Florida heat. Additionally they tried to upsell and suggest other improvements highlighting, what I later found out to be normal in AC. I will say Davon was very charismatic, very nice, and was wonderful to talk to and I’m sure the work would have been done correctly, just over priced.

Raheim did exactly what I had hoped... breathed new life into an existing AC unit via fixing and charging vs forcing me to buy a new one. This was NOT the response I received from another AC company, so very happy with my result.

I’ve had various AC maintenance companies offer free tuneups and cleanings and I’ve never seen the kind of care and thoroughness that I received with Jack Rabbit. Devon was patient explained everything , Very easy to get along with.
