I've been a customer of Gulf Coast Air Systems since 2008. I had a new AC system installed 18 months ago. We love it. It works great. Today Jose did the bi-annual service maintenance on it. He called to say he was on the way, got here at 8:15 and was done in an hour. He was polite, professional, thorough and did a great job. I look forward to seeing him again in 6 months. I recommend Gulf Coast Air Systems to anyone looking for air conditioning help.

Marco did an amazing job! I've had the same issue for multiple years with the AC shut off switch. He knew right away what the issue was and fixed it in under 5 minutes. It was a simple fix, didn't cost me anything and it was overlooked by at least 4 other technicians. Thanks Marco!

Nathan is the best AC tech that has ever worked on any of my systems over 25 years!

Gulf Coast Air Systems is the absolute best AC company I’ve ever used. I previously used a company bought out by a private equity group. I guess that’s why they have million in their name. They told me my unit was out af warranty (8 year old trane) and the internal unit needed replacing. I checked my documents and I still had a warranty. I called Gulf coast Air Systems and Debbie checked and confirmed I had a warranty. She sent out Ronnie who looked at my AC, recommended minor work under warranty and I had him put in a new drip tray, drain switch and UV light. He came back to perform preventative service today and I’ve never seen a unit cleaned and documented with photos and videos like Ronnie did. This is an excellent company and they are honest people. Thank you

Gulf Coast installed, and has maintained, my AC unit for several years. When my mother’s unit went out while she was in the hospital following a stroke, I called Gulf Coast. Mom has a unit from an obscure manufacturer, and response from the manufacturer regarding her warranty wasn’t the best. But Gulf Coast pushed, and got my mother’s unit up and running the morning before we brought her home from the hospital. Thank you so much, Debbie, for getting everything taken care of. It was a stressful time, and Gulf Coast came through for us!

Gulf Coast Air's Ronnie Portela-Vera is the best technician. He is a great communicator and let's you know exactly what is right and wrong. He is a good company man but an even better rep for the customer back to the company.

Nathan reported out to solve my ac issues. He was prompt and professional. Customer service was awesome and he had the issue fixed in no time.

Nathan arrived later than usual because we were unable to accommodate his morning appointment. We were prepared to reschedule, but Nathan kindly offered to try again in the early evening. We were very pleased and are truly grateful for his guidance and exceptional dedication.

Nathan was thoroughly completing all his tasks. We actually felt the better performance of our AC system after Nathan completed his schedule maintenance service.

Danny was very detailed in his work and explained what he was doing as he went along. He took plenty of pictures to document his work. Awesome job!!

I overheard a phone conversation from one technician to another. These people are honest and will not condemn and try to sell you a new system If it’s not necessary that speaks volumes from the office to the field everybody is nice thank you

We had a bit of an emergency last night when I noticed water dripping from my ceiling. I was able to get a hold of one of the technicians named, Rodney. He was patient, professional, and efficient. He arrived the next morning and was able to fully repair the problem and offered a lot of advice along the way.

Rodney is a great technical who provides excellent care and service. He is on time, neat and cleans up his work areas before leaving.

Gulf Coast has been our AC maintenance company for years and will be for as many years to come.

They are reliable, stand behind their work and are an outstanding company to work with to provide solutions, not just service calls. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Debi is amazing. She always schedules us conveniently and when there is an issue, she communicates effectively and makes sure we are scheduled as quickly as possible, almost always same day.

Gulf Coast is the best. They are there 24/7 and always answer calls, even on the weekends. Another company misdiagnosed our air conditioner, which would have costed us hundreds of dollars to fix. We did not trust that company and called GC, they came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed our AC, they even ordered the part the other company said we needed, which they were able to get the part in no time, the other company had many excuses. Turns out, we did not need the part.
They were very reasonable in price as well. We used GC in the past and forgot how wonderful they were, needless to say, we went back to them. We trust them and so should you.

Danny was instrumental in troubleshooting our issue today with our air handler. He was provided all the information we needed and performed maintenance on our unit.

I cannot say enough about the integrity and professionalism of Gulf Coast Air. Especially the interaction with Ted, the install manager.
I had new home construction and Gulf Coast Air was the air conditioning provider my builder used. Everything was done completely to code, with all county regulations and requirements met.
After we moved into our new home, there was a series of complications with the air conditioning system functioning properly under certain circumstances.
Both our builder and Gulf Coast Air addressed the issue, making every attempt to rectify the situation that normally would take care of the problem. Eventually everyone was out of ideas concerning what was causing the problem, or how to fix it. Everything appeared to be normal.The system had been checked in every way.
Gulf coast air could have very legitimately said they have done everything they can do. Everything checks out like it is supposed to, and it's not their problem at this point.
Ted, the install manager, instead said; we are going to get to the bottom of this one way or another, no matter how long it takes until this system is right and you are happy.
And that is exactly what they did! After numerous tests, items replaced and frequent monitoring did not rectify the situation concerning high humidity, they actually replaced the entire system with an upgrade at no cost to us.
I am a business owner and quite familiar with how frequently many companies will deny their responsibility concerning a difficult situation.
This was THE most customer friendly and determined efforts to assure resolution and customer satisfaction I have ever experienced.
It is with absolute confidence that I recommend Gulf Coast Air for any air conditioning needs, from new build to replacement.
