Always outstanding service from Evan. Timely, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Replaced my a/c a few years back thru Kenny’s. My whole family in Tampa uses the company and service like his is a big reason why.

I've been a customer for 35 years. The level of service I receive from Kenny's AC is outstanding. Anthony just performed a routine maintenance check on our system. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain his findings. I receive great service from this company.

The first tech that was sent did not seem to want to do the job. When arrived did not have a ladder high enough to reach the AC unit, second time they came he did not have the tool to check for freon leaks. He said he called and never got a call for a return appointment. I had to call the office to ask them to come back to check the for leaks. Finally the second tech was very responsive. Even the boss Joe called me back, they had the parts in stock and the repair was done the next day. Overall it is a good review. You can't fault the company for one bad guy. I'm sure they were overwhelmed due to the recent hurricane Milton.

Dear Kenny’s Air Conditioning Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent interaction my neighbour had with two of your vendors during their visit to my property at 2918 Hansen Manor Ln.

Unfortunately, she was disappointed by the way her belongings were handled. Specifically, one of your vendors placed a ladder directly on her umbrella, which she had placed on the ground temporarily due to strong winds the day before. The umbrella was in a safe location, and she would have gladly moved it if requested, but it was disregarded without any consideration.

In addition, she found both vendors to be dismissive and disrespectful in their attitude while accessing the ladder. Their behavior gave the impression that they felt entitled to disregard her property and act without concern for the inconvenience or potential damage caused. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I wanted to bring it to your attention so that it can be addressed with the staff involved.

I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of respect for her belongings and the unprofessional behavior left a negative impression. I value the services you provide, but I hope you can take steps to ensure that future interactions are more respectful and mindful of customer property.

To say I’m pleased is a massive understatement- your crew today performed the most above & beyond service I’ve ever received from a technician team.

I want to specifically mention each of the team’s professional demeanor & answering all my questions (even ones I thought were stupid). Jerry was amazing! His keen eye for detail caught many areas that my existing property needed to be brought up to par— I can’t thank him enough for setting my property up for success. Jerry also was able to figure out a genius idea to help get my condenser into a tight space; which required them to disassemble & reassemble the entire unit!!! This would have been when other crews backed out of the job; NOT KENNY’s!

Joelle was amazing! He worked incredibly hard throughout the duration of the project— always positive - even when having to take a heavy handler out of a small tight space— really good energy throughout the install for executing on some heavy work.

My 3rd technician Eddy did an amazing job with all the soldering aspects and was additionally really good energy and conversation.

Last but not least, the President Joe— Joe pulled an incredible amount of strings for me to get the exact branded condenser & handler that I wanted. This level of service is un-matched from working with prior HVAC companies.

Your team & company surpassed all my expectations and some.

Without question the best air conditioning company you can find! Joe is a true professional and the installation team top notch. Thousands less than many competitors. Just purchased my second Trane unit and extremely happy. No salesman trying to sell overpriced products just real professionals that treat you like family.

Kennys Air Conditioning and Heating Services has been my go to A/C-Heat service provider for over 20 years for my personal home. Not only have they given me great service and pricing but also to my real estate clients. The service technicians are knowledgable, polite and on time.

We were recommended this company by a neighbor. We only needed a tune up since our AC unit is less than a year old. The technician came out and was really friendly, said that our machine was running great and everything looked good. Had a really good experience with the technician. While he was here he held up a jug and asked if our hose was on the side of the house by the gate. I said yes and he went on with his business. When he was done I paid him and he left. Two hours later when my husband came home he went to put the lock back on our gate and came in holding the jug of cleaner that the technician had and informed me that the hose was running. The technician had left the hose running for three hours! We called the company and they claimed the bottle wasn't theirs and denied leaving the hose on. Pretty much called us liars. The technician apparently is claiming that he didn't leave anything at the house yet we have a huge jug of cleaner. They deny any responsibility and offered no apology for their mistake. Terrible customer service. We will not be using them again.

Kenny’s has good, honest technicians who quickly identify and resolve issues without trying to upsell you unnecessary work. I’ve relied on Kenny’s over the last couple of years because their technicians are courteous, prompt, and reputable.

Workers came promptly and were polite. Cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed on progress including when they were taking lunch. Showed me a tip to save money on using a shop vac to clean the drip pipe seasonally. Also ensured a credit would be given to overall bill as promised by prior visit because I agreed to have my AC replaced by them. Absolutely love this company.

I called Kenny’s Air and heating services yesterday evening and spoke with Bianca. She was so professional kind and understanding and got my family a next day appt. Evan was our tech and he was great! He was prompt and efficient and found the issue in no time!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Work was done exactly as the contract stated. Crew was very knowledgeable and left area very clean as they found it.This is the third time I have had Kenny,s do ac work and as before I am completely satisfied.

Horrible customer service. Called for repair yesterday and given a window of 5-7 last night. Kenny's no called and no showed for the appointment. They installed the AC unit originally. Called out another company to do the repair and found out Kenny's did a shoddy install of the unit and duct work. Do not use Kenny's.

I purchased my AC system (hvac and air handler) with Kenny’s back in 2019, and I’ve only used Kenny’s since. Great customer service, fast response times, and reasonable rates. Service technicians are always professional, and they’re very good at diagnosing the issue and getting you up and running quickly.

Wow!! VERY Impressed with this company. I got a nice surprise yesterday when Bianca (the office manager) called and told me that they were driving to North Florida to pick up the unit personally so they could install it a week early. Joe, the owner, went above a beyond to accommodate us by personally picking up this unit for us. The estimator was great. I told him we were looking to keep the cost down and he advised that we replace it with the exact same model that we had on the roof before. This saved us over $4,500 and a lot of down time from having to re-do the curbing and put in a different unit. This was an easy fix to what could have been a very costly replacement. They promised to be there at 8:00 AM and were actually EARLY. Javier and Jerry, the technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. Other companies said this would take a full day to replace. Kenny’s did this in under 3 hours! I would highly recommend them for any Commercial or Residential needs. They are now my GO TO company for all my properties. Thanks to all the Kenny’s team for making this such a pleasant, cost-effective experience! YOU ROCK!

Excellent, quick emergency service. My AC stopped working overnight and they were here by 10am to fix it. Evan was very knowledgeable. They also don’t try to upsell which is great. I would highly recommend them!
