Once again--great Service provided by Progressive Air! Roland Gimena provided outstanding service on today. My wife and I suffer from allergies and have portable air purifiers in our living areas.

Mr. Gimena provided a thorough inspection of two AC units and an explanation of technical information about use of UV lights and its air quality benefits and it was clear and concise. His presentation led to our decision to purchase two Reme-Halo whole home air purification unit.

Once he installed the UV system, Roland ensured that my air conditioning systems were operating at peak performance; I am confident that his work will contribute to the longevity and efficiency of my AC system and most of all--clean air!

Needless to say, Roland is the best! His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Thank you! I will certainly recommend your services to others.

My mom had just gotten home from the hospital to discover her a/c was out. We called Progressive on a Friday evening and their rep, Noah, arrived in less than one hour-wow!! He was very courteous and professional, diagnosed the issue, and was all finished within another hour. I cannot thank this company enough for their excellent service.

Had a condensation problem on my A/C unit and gave them a call and within less than two hours the had a tech at my house. Jeremy diagnosed the problem pretty quick and had the system running back up in a couple of minutes. Great customer service and great techs too.

I had a carrier unit installed in September of 2024 and a month into the installation parts failed. Now 14 months later the blower is not working and the inside control board is corroded. When I called the office their apology was that they are the installers and not the makers of the unit. Going on 4 days waiting on a replacement parts.

Roland was a great service repair man. He did maintenance on my system all went well Great personality and I asked him multiple questions and he answered me honestly so I highly Recommend him.

As a devoted parent working tirelessly to provide for my young children, I was heartbroken when I faced a significant issue with three Carrier AC units installed by Progressive Air Systems in 2017. When all three compressors failed in 2025, I discovered that the units had not been registered within the 90-day period required for the 10-year warranty. This left me with an expired 5-year warranty, forcing me to bear a crushing $7,000 expense to replace the compressors. The financial strain was overwhelming, and I initially shared a negative review, feeling let down and unsupported during a challenging time for my family.

Progressive Air Systems has been a complete disappointment. After their “repairs,” our electric bill jumped from $300 to $809 and our usage from 2,300 kWh to 7–8,000 kWh a month. They came out two times, added Freon once without explanation, acted annoyed and condescending, and still never fixed the problem. A third-party HVAC company finally found major issues they ignored. Poor training, zero accountability, and homeowners end up paying the price.

Always a great experience with Progressive Air Systems! Jeremy was patient through all questions when he came out for annual maintenance and completed the work as required. Also offered tips on how to better circulate the air around the home. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Jeff repaired my AC this afternoon by replacing the blower motor. He was super friendly, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. He also took the time to clean the lines and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great attitude—highly recommended!

The service was above of my expectations. Jenny who took my service call was understanding and very helpful about a specific timeframe I needed. The repair technician Adam was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.

During my annual inspection and maintenance they discovered issues with the Fan Coil System. I was provided options for repair versus replacement. I was also informed of options available via my existing product warranty. Due to the age of the system, I chose replacement. Progressive Air Systems had the unit ordered, replaced, inspected, and approved by the county within a week of my annual inspection.

Jeff was extremely professional, quickly identified the issue and repaired. I am very satisfied with the service and I will sign up for routine maintenance plan ! Jeff was very transparent with prices and recommendations!
