PROGRESSIVE fellow Russell truly was a professional in providing the maintenance service to Hvac Outdoor and indoor units. The Good fellow served us well and addressed all our Inquiries of the system. He gave us further information regarding the change of filters and the UV bulb. The Goodfellow was a pleasure to meet and to Have himperform the useful services on our Hvac System.

Adam with Progressive Air was outstanding! Very professional and courteous! He explained to me what was going on with my unit, he was thorough in the maintenance job and got my AC back up and running! Very thankful, great job!

Justin was our service tech and was very courteous and respectful of our property. He did a very thorough and complete analysis and cleaning of our system and took the time to explain the process and any concerns for the future. Over the past four years all of your technicians who have come to our house since it was new four years ago, have been very good and Justin continues that same high level of quality work and service.

I had a fantastic experience with Joseph from Progressive Air Systems. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, and identified a faulty capacitor as the cause. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient — he had the part replaced in no time, and cool air was flowing through the house again before we knew it. His expertise and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend Joseph and Progressive Air Systems for fast, reliable service!

Top notch company. Ladies in the office always so pleasant and helpful. The tech Paul called ahead, arrived early, and serviced my unit quickly while explaining what he saw and recommended. He even fixed my door handle to the AC door❤️🙏. Thank you!!

I’ve used them before and was happy, however after today, absolutely not!!!!!!! I called at 7:45 am, ac isn’t working. Called back upon opening told between 2-8pm. Called 2x between those hours, told I was the next stop. Completely blown off!!! Technician completely blew me off. My house got to 88!!!! I have asthma and two dogs!!! Unacceptable!!!! Very disappointed since I had great service before. Have to now wait until hopefully the morning.

We especially appreciated the phone call every morning, letting us know that they were on their way and their estimated time of arrival.

Everything from the call to schedule service to the detailed text showing the picture and bio of the technician before he arrived, to the actual service for the appointment went beyond my expectations. Vinny, our technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He worked diligently to diagnose the problem and explained everything to ensure we were informed. Progressive Air Systems has been amazing. I know when I call they will fix the problem at a reasonable price. This has been our 2nd emergency call. The 24 hour customer service is extremely comforting because our issues never occur during business hours.

I had an exceptional experience with the AC technician, Pauly, who came out to my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and meticulous with every detail. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He was honest, professional, and went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and expertise. Highly recommend!
