We switched our A/C maintenance and repairs from another local company to Gulf Coast Air Systems and have been very happy with our experience. The technicians have been knowledgeable and professional - Nicholas on our last visit, which was a repair, and Jose for our maintenance today. I have also found their prices to be competitive and I like their maintenance program.

Nathan came out to service both our home and our large insulated workshop with a split a/c. He was the first technician to notice we had some mold growing around the outside of our handler in the garage. He noticed our uv light was not working. Because my allergies have been worse he added another device to help keep mold from the handler go into the ducts. He also cleaned and disinfected our mini split including thoroughly cleaning around the entire unit because it was quite dirty. He went the extra mile and spent a lot of time getting our system in tip top shape and to remediate anything that could exacerbate my allergies. He also is putting in a referral at the office to have our ducts thoroughly cleaned. Gulf Coast has by far the best customer service and caring technicians. I highly recommend the entire company. About 2 years ago they replaced our whole hvac system and installed the mini split including our large metal building. They provided outstanding service and maintenance.

Town Perez-Prada has been our service tech for several years. We are more than confident with his professionalism and expertise in servicing our HVAC, keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Gulfcoast Air installed our HVAC over a decade ago and has maintained our service flawlessly since then!

For me, it's essential to get to know the personnel, and this company has long-term employees, which makes it easier to interact with them. New HVAC unit. Too large and it has been cutting out. The serviceman's only explanation was "I don't know why" This isn't an acceptable response. He also told me to just "keep an eye on it" which is a ridiculously stupid request.

After our 15 year old AC gave up on Labor Day. We called Kenny’s AC which was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the same day to assess the problem and kept it going during the hot summer but ultimately it had to be replaced. Kenny is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you’re part of his family. He provided several options and was not out to sell the shiniest and most expensive system. We got an estimate and details of the job to be performed. We requested a new estimate with upgraded system and we were very satisfied with the process. Kenny’s team arrived on time and they were professional, yet friendly. The job was done clean and completed faster than we expected. The quality of the products were excellent and explanations offered and all our questions were answered clearly and precisely. We are very happy with the quality of work offered by Kenny’s AC and it's a pleasure working with the staff.
