I had a great experience with Enmanuel from Momentum AC. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and worked efficiently to fix my air conditioning issue. The service was smooth and stress-free, and my AC is working perfectly now. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend his service.

Excellent service today from technician Jerrry. Impressed that he arrived in just two hours from when I called and had the problem solved in an hour. Price seemed very reasonable to get the air conditioning working again. The entire staff was friendly and polite.

What a pleasure it was to have such a pleasant. qualified team in my home. They all treated my home like their own. They explained everything and at times gave me different options how to route the wiring. They consistantly thought of the customer, not the easiest way to do thing. Your company should be proud of this team. I wish repairing a home could always be this easy. You have to be proud of this team. They are above average in every aspect. Best of all there were never complaints or heated discussions on how to handle the project. They discussed everything every step of the way and kept a smile and happiness in their voices. I knew there was training was going on because they informed before he did anything. You couldn't tell that he was new to the team. He stayed in step with all of the team.

Josh replaced our AC's start capacitor. And he did a wonderful job. Its the first time that someone work so fast, clean., and properly. We are very happy with his service. And surprisingly our air conditioner its cooling better than ever. He did an amazing job as he also replaced some wires that were burned. I hope this company value employees like Josh.

Jerry & the team were all amazing, professional, and efficient! When I called about my AC issue Jerry came to my home within a few hours and gave me a fair price and the work got done quickly! Him & his team were so respectful in my home and did an amazing job fixing my AC problem. This company is very reliable with amazing staff and prices are great!

Dominic was highly professional, even though the AC unit was more difficult than expected he kept working till the job was done and AC was working.

We had an issue with our heating system and called Momentum AC. Enmanuel arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. The heating is now working perfectly. Very professional service and highly recommended.

Sergio Morejon did an outstanding job today. He was professional, thorough, and communicated with me from start to finish. He called ahead, kept me informed along the way, and was very friendly with my two dogs which I really appreciated. Sergio checked in with me every time he needed to cut power during the full replacement of my 1922 breaker panel. He even ran to Lowe’s twice for supplies and always let me know when he was leaving and returning. The electrical panel replacement was done well and my hot water was finally restored.

My only concern was on the scheduling side. The night before the appointment, Yesenia let me know they would likely send two technicians because it was a “big job”
and would take around four hours. She also reminded me I would be without power and for me that also means Internet which affects my work because I work from home. However, Sergio arrived alone and completed the entire job by himself. He arrived around 10am in the morning and power and Internet were not restored until about 6pm in the evening. Hot water was running and the full job ended at 6:35pm. Because the timeline increased and I had no advance notice for that change or to let my employer know, I was docked a full day of pay.

The office did act quickly in preparing a professional letter for me to provide to my supervisor, and I genuinely appreciated that. I just believe that for work of this size and complexity a two person team should be sent, especially when that expectation is set the night before.

A courtesy call at 7-8am in the morning to let me know the job had shifted to a one man, all day project would have given me time to notify my employer and secure coverage. With that notice, I would not have lost an entire day of pay.

Sergio himself was absolutely exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and communication. I am very happy and give four stars. He even swept and cleaned up after himself perfectly! Thanks Sergio!

Pete and his team were professional, polite, and experienced. They fixed two issues left from prior work done that had not been resolved. Now we have sufficient throughput of A/C into the kitchen, and no more insulation coming down from the attic through the fan over the cooktop. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend Independent Air.

My AC stopped working while I was out of town. My neighbors had been keeping an eye on the house & noticed a problem w/AC not cooling. They recommend I call Independent Air Conditioning. I was able to schedule an appointment the following Monday. Unfortunately there were a number of emergency AC issues for people in their homes so I was rescheduled for the following day. Aurelia sent a message saying he was several minutes away. He evaluated & diagnosed my AC problem & call me with his recommendation and quote. He had the parts & after receiving my ok completed the service call. I’ll be keeping this AC service company’s number and share it with others! Thank you!

Every once in a while you want to leave a review for good customer service, and this is one of those times! I was initially charged a service visit in addition to the maintenance visit, which I shouldn’t have been charged. I spoke to Joe about it and explained the situation, and he promptly took care of it!

As for the maintenance that I requested, the technician was very knowledgeable about the job and took time to explain to me exactly what he was doing. Overall I am very satisfied with this company and would definitely hire them for my future air conditioning needs!

We have been dealing with Independent Air for the past 15 years and am so fortunate for the honesty and quality of service they have provided for all of my HVAC needs. I always refer them to anyone who mentions a problem with their AC unit. Pete and Joe are truly two of the nicest people to know and make it very clear of their intent for your satisfaction with their service. I have been fortunate to have Corey as my service tech for the past couple years and praise him as well. He is personable, professional and honest and seems to fit in well with the Independent Air model of customer service.

Best air conditioning company I have ever used!! (I've owned my home for 30 years). Joe, the owner, is always there when you need him, and I can't say enough nice things about Corey, the technician!!! The office staff are so friendly and I guess the best part is how knowledgeable everyone at Independent Air are. You will always get a human when you call, or on a very rare occasion, an immediate call back. I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend them to all who need a trustworthy, dependable air conditioning service!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone that wants quality workmanship at a fair price!! Two of my neighbors recommended them to us and I can't be happier with the excellent work they did! Kori arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of my air conditioning system. He did a great job and didn't cut any corners, nor did he try to upsell me like all the other A/C technicians/salesmen from other companies did in the past. There are a lot of A/C companies that are doing shoddy work, this is definitely NOT one of them. Independent Air does excellent work and they are very down to earth honest people. There were several problems with our A/C the right way, took their time with the repairs and made sure everything was right before they left. Trust me, they pointed out lots of things that the prior company supposedly had done, that had not been completed. If you are not sure which company to use, try these guys, I am sure you will be very happy. They have fully earned my trust and I a plan to be a customer for life!! A++ rating from me.

We have been Independent customers since 2011. The company has installed new ducts in our 1989 home, a mini split for our sunroom, and upgraded our heat pump when the old unit needed replaced. That upgrade included a Reme Halo air purifier. Additionally the firm services our two units twice a year. I highly commend the excellent support and service they provide! Their staff has been very attentive to our needs, and have given us excellent service. They definitely deserve the great comments found on this site.

I am beyond grateful and happy with Independent Air who replaced our current Heat Pump. Shakori came out to understand what we wanted to replace and provided options and guidance. He was patient as I continually texted him with additional follow up questions. He was very responsive and provided the guidance and answers I needed. The installation date was scheduled quickly. On the installation date, Denni and Kary came out. Both were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The biggest superstar was Ernesto, who came out to make sure everything was installed correctly. He stayed late to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. His attention to detail and work ethic is applauded. He is definitely an asset to the team. Isabel in the office is always pleasant and helpful when I call. I have used Independent Air for the maintenance of my system and will continue to be a happy and grateful customer.

Arrived as scheduled. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would definitely use them again.

EDIT: After receiving my invoice along with a quote for additional work, I thought the price of a part seemed rather high. I was charged $258 for a part that cost $15-$20 anywhere. Their reasons for charging this price was ridiculous.
One of the 4 items on the quote was to clean a condenser coil. The quote was $175. A simple Youtube search revealed the extremely easy procedure to clean the coil. After purchasing a $12 can of coil cleaner at Home Depot, I completed the job in about 20 minutes. My original comment still stands although I will NOT use them again based on this crazy price gouging. There are 2 items on the estimate that another company said I didn't need. I used this other company. The other company performed the needed service for $69. Independent's quote was $872.50 for all the services they said I needed.

I recently needed help on a Friday evening holiday weekend when my air conditioner stopped working. Independent Air quickly sent out a service technician who promptly got my AC working. This was not the first time that Independent Air quickly came to my rescue to get my AC working. You can count on Independent Air to provide professional, prompt, friendly service not matter when you need them.

We have dealt with Independent Air for many years and have always been very well satisfied with their work. Our service each year has been with well qualified service men who are ready to answer any questions we might have. Thank you gentlemen for great and reasonable service. It has been another year and the service has remained the same, excellent. We have always been completely satisfied with the work that was done and will always call them for any service we need.
