Ricky was on time and kept me informed on his progress and cleaning of the AC unit. I've been with Independent Air since 2005. They kept my first unit (installed In 2003) for 18 years. And then installed my replacement in. 2021. They have always been honest with and continue to provide excellent service.

The office staff were excellent as well as friendly and good communicators.
The service tech (Ernesto) was on time, very knowledgable and efficient. He diagnosed a problem in the system and made the necessary adjustments. Ernesto answered all my questions and I have great confidence in this company and the honesty of their employees.
It's great to find a company that is trustworthy.

Independent Air is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs. They are professional and accommodate MY schedule instead of me having to accommodate theirs. I have the maintenance agreement which gets my system checked twice year to keep it in good working order. If I have an issue, they come right away to get the AC working again. I recently had to replace the mini-split in my master bedroom and they came on-time, got the work done, and cleaned up. You can't go wrong hiring Independent Air.

I called for and made an appointment for three things:
1. Service
2. Check the overall airflow,
3. Quote for a mini-split.
I waited a week for someone to Just had a horrible experience with Independent Air. The previous owner has a maintenance contract through the end of 2024.

The tech gets here and says he can check the unit in general for $89.00. But I need to make another appointment for the service and he can’t tell me about the mini-split, that’s another person and yet another appointment. 🤬
I told him no to everything.

We contacted Independent Air to service our 2013 HVAC system. We bought the house in September 2021 and it has not been serviced since. Independent Air sent Jerry R. out today and he did a great job informing me along the way of any issues. We were very satisfied.

Joe and his employees always do the very best work on our heating and AC system. They are very professional, take care not to soil our house when they work, and give the best service. Their annual maintenance contract definitely saves us money if any extra work needs to be done. They also head off any serious damage to the system by diagnosing potential issues and replacing needed parts before they totally break down. We are very happy having them as our service contractors.

They are the most professional and responsive company I have dealt with in Florida. They go out of their way to accommodate you for scheduling. Their technicians are wonderful and spend time making sure you are satisfied with their work as well as showing you what they found and what if anything you may need to do in between maintenance calls. I have used them for years and would highly recommend to anyone seeking this type of service.

Independent Air is a great company. Very professional, came very quick, and had our air conditioner up and running in no time. The lady we spoke to on the phone and the technician, Ricardo, were both very nice and exceptionally helpful.

We had Independent Air come and inspect our Havc system. Their tech Ernesto was very thorough. After checking the unit and the air handler he found everything was working fine but the duct tape on the joints of the ductwork was not sealing properly. He gave us a fair estimate and we had him fix it while he was here. Setting up the appointment was easy and Ernesto let us know that he was on his way. We are very satisfied with Independent Air and recommend them for all heating and air conditioning systems.

Independent Air is exceptional. They installed our Bryant HVAC and we have them service it twice a year. Our service tech Richardo is very thorough and does a great job. We could not be happier and you really need a great HVAC and team in central Florida.

I had an extremely positive experience with Independant Air. I called on a Sunday morning and a technician, Aurelio, arrived earlier than expected. He diagnosed my issue and repaired the problem. My only issue would be the price I was charged for the replacement part. But I guess that is the price one pays for immediate, quality service.

I have used Independent Air for over 10 years and they are wonderful. They call me to schedule service, they communicate when they are en route, they do excellent work and use quality materials. They have installed a new HVAC system at my home and also two rental homes I own. They perform HVAC maintenance on three rental homes as well as my own home. Their prices are fair and they are honest and don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. Truly a quality company with very nice employees.

Independent Air maintains my AC system twice a year and does a thorough job. They've also been called on to troubleshoot and repair my system. All of the Independent Air techs have been very helpful and friendly. Their prices are competitive and I have high confidence in what they do. Definitely my go-to for AC service.

We’ve been using Independant Air Conditioning for a couple of years now and we’ve never been disappointed with their service. I signed up for the semi annual maintenance plan and it’s been working out really well for us. Today’s technician, Aurelio Elizarraras, did an excellent job and went over some maintenance tips that I was unaware of. Had a new AC unit installed unfortunately it did not work. Ernesto did his very best in trying to resolve the issues with the AC. He put in his time and effort to make sure the new ac functioned. Instead another new AC unit was installed and is working great! My thanks to Ernesto for his hard work and dedication to the job! Very pleased with Independent Air and their professionalism!

This was the fourth time using them but first time at my condo. First three visits were 5 stars. Nice and knowledgeable techs. Fair price and quick repairs.

This occasion my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Tech arrived and after looking at the compressor unit on the roof for over 2 hours stated that unit wasn’t get power. Long story short, he finally found out that the low voltage wire from the thermostat side that was connected to the compressor unit had come loose. He reconnected the wire and started working fine. The issue I had was the final bill. I thought it might be the service call fee and something added for reconnecting the wire. Needless to say it was a lot more. I shared my feelings on the bill with the tech but paid the bill so he could leave. I texted the company with my concerns. First thing next morning, they called me and discussed my concerns. We came to an agreement on an acceptable amount to both side’s satisfaction. I appreciated their willingness to listen and address the fairness of what was charged for what was done. I give Independent 5 stars for customer service in addressing my issues. Will continue to call them for all my AC issues.
