My husband and I are so glad we hired Charles! We were under a lot of stress to get some plumbing issues resolved before selling our house, and he was prompt, courteous, personable and charged a fair price for honest, quality work. I won't even consider hiring another plumber after this A++ experience.

Charles was very professional and good at what he does. He took the time to access what the best option would be for our difficult plumbing situation. He worked very diligently until the job was done. Fair price and great service!

Charles did a great job for us. We had a few issues needing repair on an older home. He was on time, professional and courteous. It is difficult to find excellent and trustworthy home repair pro's. He is definitely one of them. I would not hesitate to call him first for any future issues.

Exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable plumber. A quote real plumber " with full knowledge and understanding. Repaired several situations for me, and even created a fix that plumbers prior to him had charged me for but there was no repair. I also should add he was the most fair and reasonable plumber I have ever used as well. A professional, that I was grateful was referred to me through my church, as well as very neat and clean with my home. I highly recommend this plumber. It's been a long time since I have felt this strongly about a professional referral, many many years.

Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

Charles did a great job on relocating and switching us to a tankless hot water heater. Would 100% use them again. He was pleasant, professional, thorough, and his work is perfect.

How great to find a true professional! He arrived on time, gave me an accurate quote and performed exactly what was needed. Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. My water heater had water in the pan. Having had this experience once before, I knew immediate attention was needed. If not for Charles’ immediate response and fast service, I could have had a lot of water in the foyer and living room. Super fast response time. I called with a kitchen sink install that needed the pipe moved to fit the new design (the drain was in a totally different spot on the new sink.) I think it took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and how clean everything is and was during the job. Outstanding work, and again thanks for coming to my house within an impressive short amount of time. Highly recommend Plumbgreat!!!

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

Charles is great I utilized his services recently, he responded to my call right away and was able to come out to my residence within a few days. He was very thorough with the job I asked him to come out for and checked multiple other plumbing aspects throughout the home to ensure the potential problem was not coming from another source. He even cleaned my bathroom faucet to help it flow better, and replaced my toilet fill valve and flush valve as a courtesy. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that I had. He also referred me to others who may be of better help for detecting potential leaks without having to do extensive demolition. Ok Charles was great! We had our tankless hot water heater start to act WAY off, he came out and troubleshooted the issue until he was able to make it right! It required a few long days at our place but he finally got to the bottom of it. He was honest and fair and super hard worker. Will 1000% be calling him again in the future but hopefully not for a long long time.

Charles was very responsive & quick to come out to my house. He was even kind enough to come back again later the same day because of a scheduling error on my part.

Charles asked about the current and future needs for my kitchen, and I really appreciate how much thought he put into finding the best solution. He was able to rework the existing plumbing to gain much more space in my new kitchen cabinets.
