Tyler Harlow of Matt’s plumbing was a pleasure to have install my toilet. He was a true professional and extremely neat and polite. Turns out my install had issues everything was explained to me clearly and precisely. Highly recommended Matt’s Plumbing I am extremely satisfied!

We have used Matt's plumbing multiple times at the office. Their customer service is great, communication is great, including notifications and reminders of the scheduled service. The tech who comes out is always professional and explains everything. Fair prices.

I can not say enough for this Company. I will NEVER call a different plumber for as long as I live in Sebring. I'm more than sure that any of their technicians will do amazing work. My Tech was Jaasen Barrett, He Was truly Awesome.

Jerry was wonderful. Prompt, found the problem within a few minutes, and gave me advice to avoid it and how to fix it myself to save some money in the future.

I have always feared being overcharged by plumbing companies. Ricardo showed up on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He did exactly as promised and did not over charge me as I feared would happen. He explained everything in great detail and did the job in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend Ricardo for all of your plumbing needs. As long as I am a resident of Pinellas County, Ricardo of Matt's Plumbing will be our plumber! Thank you again!

Quote was to replace a laundry service center box, 2 shut-off valves, and 2 supply lines. Wound up running into Polybutylene piping and 2 Shark-Bite fittings were used.
Total: $800
Now, the scope of the work was definitely completed as per the estimate. I've attached pictures of the before and after. I guess my hopes of a cleaner finish and a notification of PolyB being found and SharkBite fittings being used prior to their use would have been nice. For the price I had expected a much cleaner finish, I would recommend getting a second opinion/quote. Unfortunately, this job cost them more business as I do not feel comfortable with them performing a re-pipe at this time.

I cannot say enough about this business.
They really saved me. Chris Sinclair went above and beyond in helping me in every way possible with replacing my Water Heater. I had a bad contractor to fix all the house damage and called Matt's. The prices were very reasonable. The office staff kept me informed about appointments and times. Thank you all for helping finally get a hot shower. I have quotes for other items from them and will be using them for all Plumbing issues going forward.

I call Matts plumbing because one of my sinks was draining slow. Jim comes during the expected tjme and quickly identifies that it was a minor problem. He teaches me how to dissembles it and clean it myself. I offer him a tip for the trip to which he refuses. I can’t believe he gives me the knowledge and his time for free. This business is not only about the money, they are about serving people in the community. Moving forward I will call Matt’s plumbing for any plumbing work in my home. Thank you Jim!

Chad came.out yesterday and gave us an estimate, unfortunately we are experiencing some roof issues as well that we need to prioritize right now but as soon as we can we will be calling back for our future plumbing services. Chad was polite, prompt, and very knowledgeable, it was a true pleasure meeting him!

I thought my hot water heater was leaking from the tank and had Matt’s Plumbing respond. The technician didn’t even examine the tank at all and recommended to replace the unit. He quoted my wife $2600-$3000 for a 40 gallon replacement water heater. ( these cost about $550 at Home Depot) I had another local company come out who actually looked at my unit and discovered a leaking temp/pressure valve. They fixed the problem for $216!!! Beware of this scam company!! I would not recommend.

I will say the plumbers were courteous and professional. I am not happy with how the repipe was done. They ran the main line up the outside of my house and the lines going to my kitchen outside of the house. It look likes a do it yourself job and not a job done by professionals. I regret using this service for the thousands that I spent

Outstanding service, couldn't ask for a better experience. If you read any negative comments about this business, you know it's a Karen doing so. Called yesterday, showed up when they tole me he would and took care of the issue, gave me pointers on how to avoid the clog again in the future. Simply awesome experience. Highly reccomened.

I have never pasted a review before as no one ever deserved one. This time was different Chad showed up on time with a big smile and an introduction. Took him to the problem and explained what had happened. He said there could be multiple reasons for the issue and explained them all then went over the pricing and time needed for each repair , obviously we started with the first suggestion and it cured the problem within a few moments. He then checked my other drains and toilet for proper function as well as suggesting how to keep the lines clean and flowing. I must say I had had many repair people come to the house over the years but none as pleasant and professional as Chadcwas. If anyone asks me about his service they will get an unconditional stellar review. If I have any other plumbing issues in the future I will insist on Chad for my repair tech
