Jerry showed up earlier than expected. I was kept informed by text and email when he left his last job and when he would arrive at our home. He fixed the pinhole leak only to notice another leak. He called immediately to get a repipe quote, offered options and no pressure to do anything while I stressed over how to handle things.

Ricky M. arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was fair. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. The office staff was also very efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

However: parts would be about $250... And for a half hour inspection yesterday, and two hours of work today, that means I was billed $900 for about 3 hours of work.
I paid a deposit of $500 yesterday, and was expecting a phone call to pay the balance upon completion. My debit card info was instead preserved in their possession overnight and the balance was debited without my knowledge and specific authorization.
That's just not how it's done.

We woke up to find a broken sprinkler pipe and had to shut off our water. After trying another company with no luck, we found Matt’s on Google and gave them a call. They arrived within two hours, and Todd did an excellent job fixing the pipe so we could get our water back on. Fast, friendly, and reliable service—highly recommend!

Started using them about 4 years ago after i got a quote for $4000 and they did for less than $1500.00 what a big difference and i have used the other plumbing company for over 11 years. Starts with an O plumbing.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service dealing with Pro Plumbing. Rick educated me on exactly what I was needing. The guys who came to do the job were efficient and kind. Would highly recommend and will be a reoccurring customer now.

Pro Plumbing was a referral to me from another business who owns properties and uses them. They've done work for me in a few properties that I've owned or renovated. I've used several different plumbing companies and almost all have done good work, however this one has been able to keep their prices the most reasonable.

I've had them install pipe and plumbing fixtures, swap out valves, and fix and replace water heaters. Have not used them for any huge (as in whole house repipe) jobs yet but so far they've delivered when they said they would every time. Both Rick and his plumbers have always been easy to deal with. The work has been to code and I've never had to worry about them whether they were working in vacant properties with equipment and materials laying around or occupied properties with tenants in place.

Based on the work they've done for me and the business that referred them, I recommend them.

I finally found a great plumbing company, they fix my plumbing problem quick and with an affordable price. The plumber showed up on time and explained very well all the process.

They were a 3rd party installer for a dishwasher I brought at Costco. My wife was home when they delivered it. She said the installers from On Par argued with each other the entire time. They rushed her to sign that they hadn't damaged anything while one of them stood in front of a cabinet clearly damaged. The company would not answer my calls. They only communicated through text. In one text they basically called me a lier. They wanted me to prove they did the damage. I don't deal with stupid so I'm just going to get a new cabinet door. But if they do work for you take pictures with time stamps before they get there. That's what they suggested I should have done. Who does that?

Called Pro plumbing and within 20 minutes Abraham showed up. Had a broken spout pipe in the wall. He quickly diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Thanks Abraham for the great and quick work.

All I can say is wow ! I had a plumbing issue at my house that I just purchased. I have three companies come to take a look two of them plain out tried to rip me off. They wanted to charge me for things I didn’t need and over charge for parts. Pro plumbing came to my house and look at the issue and told me this is a easy fix. They didn’t try to exaggerate the problem or to inflate the price they told me how long it was going to take and gave me a fair price. They did the job the same day and I haven’t had any issues since then. They also do AC work as well which I didn’t know. I had an issue with my AC and they took care of that for me as well. They’re by far the most affordable and honest company that I had the pleasure to deal with I highly recommend you use them thanks again guys

This was the second company I had out to look at my hot water heater which hasn’t been heating and when it does heat it’s just lukewarm. First company didn’t even look at anything, just said the unit was old and needed to be replaced for $2600 and was rude when we said we wanted to look around. This guy with pro plumbing was fantastic. He was so nice and he replaced the element and now my water is HOT. The only complain I have is that he was supposed to be here between 12-2 and didn’t show up until 4, but other than that I had a great experience with them. Will use again.
