Charles did an amazing job with our new hot water heater install. This thing has been crushing it, installed just before the holidays, Charles selected the make/model and added the overflow tank without us even having to ask. Even though our old water heater didn't have one, he installed the modification because it was the right thing to do to bring it up to code. Great guy, great experience, great workmanship. I waited to post this review to really evaluate the new water heater and it has been waaaay faster to heat and hotter water for longer even tho the old tank was bigger. We're stoked!

I've used Charles many times over the years and cannot speak highly enough of him and his work. My most recent project was a home filter install where I did the filter install and had Charles do the final hookup (the hard part). I'm a very particular person with regard to my work around the house, and this install was no different. As always, Charles was up to the task and finished everything up beautifully.
