Jimmy was very professional. He removed and replaced a shower valve for the tub. He also changed out the angle stops to new quarter turn shut offs. He cleaned up after installing all of these items. He is a definitely an asset to your company.

I just cannot say enough about this company. I’ve been working with Joe and his team for about a year now and am so impressed not only with Joe’s knowledge but the level of service is the best I have seen from any of the contractors I have used refurbishing my home. I had an issue today (Saturday) and even though it was joes day off he drove a significant distance to ensure I have hot water for the weekend. Can’t say enough positive about this company.

Thomas installed a new water heater and whole home water filtration system in our home. He was knowledgeable, prompt and helped walk me through and problem solve issues that we were having. Thomas was patient in explaining the entire process and did an excellent job with the installation!

Called for emergency service and Brian was at my home in under 2 hours. It was a quick fix and he explained everything that was going on. Stellar service from the intake straight thru to the repair.

Dominick is a wonderful employee of Benjamin Franklin. He was timely, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that would be included in the repairs and offered alternatives from a pricing perspective. Will recommend this firm for any plumbing needs.

Chris the service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us an estimate $$ for the replacement of the gooseneck faucet. He also gave us a military discount. We've never gotten that from any other plumbing businesses. Nice perk.

Gerald did a great job. He responded quickly on a my emergency call and got the work done within an hour. Pricey, but I guess that's standard when you need them to come right away.

We are long time customers of BFP.

Dominic (technician) is very professional, provided excellent advice, listened and communicated well, used high quality parts, and completed the job in a timely manner. All of these qualities are more important to us than price. We highly recommend Dominic.

As part of a free plumbing inspection promotion, we called Dominic out last week to check and flush our new Rheem water heater (installed by Acree Plumbing Feb 2024). Dominic quickly noticed that Acree had not included an expansion tank on the WH and recommended it. We agreed and thought it rather odd that Acree did not want to include the expansion tank originally even though we asked about it. Dominic also installed new brass fittings for the cold and hot water lines.

Communication Issues - we called BF office (call center) three times since Feb 2024 - No Response!

Staffing Issues - our Kenmore WH was leaking last Feb 2024, so we called BF right away to obtain an estimate and have it replaced. The call center said the earliest appointment available for just the estimate was in ONE WEEK! So we called Acree, and they came out the next day.

BF did our first repiping years ago using PVC, so we asked Acree about current products that do not crack or become brittle with age and heat. So we also had Acree repipe the house using up to date products that meet the current building code. Acree did a good job of repiping and installing the upgraded Rheem WH.

We certainly do recommend Dominic and will use BF again. We just have to be aware of the communication and staffing difficulties with BF. We also recommend Acree and will make sure they pull a permit next time.

Our technician, Brian, was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, polite, and patiently explained everything throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, especially for emergencies.

Moreau went above and beyond to make sure I got a new water heater. I thought I was gonna get a quote for today. But no, he left and came back with a new water heater and installed it! Also my water heater is outside my house. Even after it rained on him, he still went and got a new heater and installed when the rain stopped!!

This morning Gerald stop by to perform my yearly maintenance he is very knowledgeable very personable and educated me every step of the way thank you Gerald I highly recommend him for service. He will be installing our new water softener system.

It was a pleasure working with Moreau. He was very patient and helpful. He explained and went through my options and took his time. One of my best experiences with a service technician. Thank you!!

Lisa and her assistant were very professional and knowledgeable of their role. Once they arrived, they greeted me and asked questions. Once they estimated and assessed the issue, they were very informative. The job was completed and done in a timely manner. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face and my family's face.
