Called last minute to say running couple hours behind. Rescheduled and they sent email stating arrival time 12-2. I had to call at 4:00 and they said we cannot give you an estimated time. Told them not to come. Got another plumbing service. Thank goodness I did not need 2 new toilets. It was a simple fix. Thanks Curry Plumbing for your reliability and honesty.

Zero star I had really hard time With this company I wish I didn’t even think to hire them to repipe my Home ,first I called after I get leak in my house from the old pipe , I get the Technician his name Greg he give me estimate for $ 8000 to pipe the cold and hot pipe in the home and he will talk for discount with his manger (will) and the water heater for $2500 so i said I will check the prices I found the water heater for $580 after. When I told him that he said he will give me six years warranty. I told him six years for extra $2000. That’s not logic. It’s over price so I asked just fix the leak the Second day, they fixed the leak and they said we can install the pipe After that, the technician he said I have a problem In the Pipe under the grass to connect to the water meter the technician Call Greek the technician who represent the work description for me he came after one hour and he started digging in the grass and he said they have to change the whole pipe For another $8000 I refused and I told him the water heater is too expensive and the pipe it’s too expensive I need to speak to the manager. The manager came after another one hour his name (Will) and he started to convince me This is the good price I told him I don’t like the out look of my house they destroyed the front house look and the pipe is expose That’s not good and not professional you should run the pipe from the back of the house I got another company and they said that for half the price He tried to convince me and force for the price they finished and left The second day the restoration company technician found the unplug
the equipment and they left everything with mass the wall was had a lot of dust my son has allergy he gets sneeze and cough a lot at this day from the dust, I had to stay in my brother house for extra day to dry the wall when I called the manager and I told him he I don’t like what they did he said that’s not a big deal and the technician for the restoration He’s a witness for that and he had to take a pictures and videos for everything after that he said I can give you discount from $8000-$3000 to add the pipe on the grass I said in the estimation whole pipe for $8000 in the home you just play in the word and gaslighting This is too much, so he said to the technician cut the pipe And left me without water because I don’t want to sign for extra $3000 So I had to call the police department for them and after he said you’re not responsible to pay for anything And when the police officer came I explained everything and I told him the manager said I don’t have to pay and apologized for all the trouble I had and try to find solution and said I’m not responsible for any money. I had a lot of hard time with this company I wish I didn’t hire them from beginning now I have to hire another company To fix everything and run the Pipe from the back of the house Too much hard time in wasting time and too much money I don’t recommend this company for anybody. zero star, After 10 months from suffering in this house finally I got somebody to reply. Thank you for that. By the way the problem here I suffered in this house because of your technician and your manager Mr well try to add thousands dollars tried to convince me to pay for service really effect me and my family in my house they lied to me. They said they will fix my issue in the house Now I have to fix the wall.They makes a lot of holes in the walls and instead they run the pipes from the meter to the kitchen , the technician made Very bad installation for the water heater very dangerous. It’s bring high electric bill I had issue here and I still have it now I have to pay a lot of money to fix their unprofessional work for the water cold line. I tried to explain that I get a lot of issues here very unprofessional company.

Updated review 11/6/25 - Before and After photos included. Scheduled consult same day as called to request and installed the very next day. Our tech, Dominic Turner, is fantastic! Terrific install of our new Brita Pro whole house water softener/filtration and GE water heater, raised on stands to protect equipment in case of flood and make the garage feel a little more spacious. He explained all the issues with our old units and helped get the best price possible. Took time to show us everything we needed to know about the new units and shut off valves in case of emergency, and even helped us register everything for the warranty. We were able to paint the wall behind as well during the install. Thank you BF and Dominic again! Beyond pleased with the final result.

What an excellent job was done! The plumbers were very knowledgeable, communicated very well, Letting us know exactly what they did and how they did it! The cleanup was excellent! I could not have had a better experience!! They ran a camera to see if there were any issues and where the issues were and then they did the Jet stream cleaning, put in a clean out. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!

This is best experience with a plumbing company I’ve ever had. Moreau the plumber looked at the job and right away knew what to do, he fixed it and made us very happy. What more can you ask for. I’ll definitely be using Ben Franklin from here on out!

Great experience. Moreau and Jeremy might be new working together, but to me they seemed like they have for years. Great commradery. Great communication. They worked all day installing a water heater, water filtration system, multiple faucets and bathroom fixtures. I am positive I am missing more, but the work looks professional and clean. Both were gentlemen, except when they were stealing eachother's tools, just kidding. 😉 I enjoyed our conversations and they made me comfortable right away. Great job, and it was a pleasure to have them both here while also getting to know them a little bit. If I ever have to make a call for assistance, I will definitely be asking for them. Great job guys!!!!

Brian did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, patient & took the time to explain everything clearly. He worked efficiently, was respectful of our home & made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

Wesley was fantastic. Arriving same day as we called. Handled everything timely and efficiently. Our water bill had increased and we identified the toilet as the potential culprit. As members we received a discount from Ben Franklin. Wesley sled and was able to apply another discount. He was polite, did not make a mess and reviewed the work with us and made sure we didn’t have any questions.

Nick was fantastic!!!! My water filtration system blew. He diagnosed it and installed a brand new system cleanly and efficiently. Explained the whole process!!!! Really happy with the service.

Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!! This time Dominic replaced my toilet he's the best please never let him go 🙏🏻

Moreau was my technician and he was outstanding. Exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond to do the job right even though he had to stay until 9pm to finish. He was cordial and friendly the entire time and was kind to my kids as well. Exceptional job. If I could leave more than 5 stars in a review, I would.

I've heard horror stories about dealing with plumbing companies , but formula plumbing was excellent. The Manager Frank was very professional, in explaining what the problem was an options to fix it . The plumber that came out was on time every time , very polite an mindful of not tracking dirt or water in the house . The pricing was very fair , i really liked the whole experience, communication and customer service is key and they got an A+ in my book.

Continue to be so nice - Gage this time.....Just amazing. I've tried several other "large" plumbers and end up dropping them. Sure hope this one stays on plan. They were terrific, fast, reasonable and lovely. And they seem to employ a great handful of folks, not a parking lot full. We had Victor and Michael and one other -- superb. Reasonable price as well. Jeremiah came to my home today. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was very nice, professional and did a very thorough job. He checked everything and did the assessment. The kitchen faucet was broken. He went for the new faucet and fixed it immediately. I appreciate the fact he fixed just the faucet and other issues could be taken care of at another time. So no huge estimate bill!! Thank you so much
