I recently bought a home that was built in 1979. The home needed some plumbing work and Formula Plumbing did all of the work above. Ahmed the plumber from Formula Plumbing was great. There were some challenges and unexpected issues along the way that come from such an old home but Formula Plumbing dealt with them as they came up and were really terrific. All the work they did came out great. Formula plumbing spent extra time following up and making sure that I was happy with their services. The work they did entailed opening walls, digging trenches and many other things and it was all done in a timely manner. Everything looks tidy and neat. I highly recommend Formula plumbing for their professionalism, skill and customer service.

I called them on a Friday at 3:45pm because we realized that our gas fire pit was supposed to be hooked up by a licensed plumber. They came out 6 minutes later! Recognized an issue - ran to the plumbing supply store and were back to hook it up. Matt was awesome - very impressed.

I received exceptional service! The technician, Jacob B, was extremely personable, experienced and knowledgeable. Plus, his commitment and conscientiousness really impressed me. The leak repair was a huge job; Jacob never complained; and worked long and hard hours to complete it. Also, the office staff were very good to work with. This was a 1st time I used Formula Plumbing. The professionals at Formula Plumbing have the "formula" for customer service perfected. I found standing water in my garage which turned out to be a broken water line. The water not only got in the garage but also in my bathroom and closet. In the process of tracking down the leak, a leak was also discovered in a water heater line. Joe, Daniel and Gage along with Candice and Frank were there for me every step of the way. All the details were explained to me in full and I was given options to consider. The leaks were fixed, the water heater replaced, and I am 100% satisfied with the service and very fair pricing I received. Every person I dealt with, including Voe, the young lady who answers the phone, was totally pleasant and reassuring. I have found my plumbers for life!

I recently had Formula replace our electric hot water tank. Everyone I worked with on this project was professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was competitive, they provided a good quality product and the work was done very quickly. They also made sure the solution met current code. Our technician was Daniel and he was a pleasure to work with, very professional and very easy going. He took the time to clearly explain any questions I had relative to the work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects I may need.

This was my first experience with Formula Plumbing, but it definitely will not be the last...they are professional, extremely courteous, very prompt to respond, highly experienced, and customer friendly. Whereas our HOA residents have not reported any recent plumbing issues, should they arise, I will without hesitation, recommend the services of Formula Plumbing. For our specific job request, it involved the repair of the existing (and cracked) vent pipe for the main sewer line cleanout. From Joe, who originally diagnosed the issue and developed a viable recommendation, to Frank, who was very communicative and completely understood the expense sensitivity for our Association, to Daniel and Blake, who worked diligently and creatively in their completion of the installation of the cast iron sleeve and cap for the cleanout vent pipe. All in all, if I could give Formula Plumbing 10 stars, I would...from my initial contact with one of the office assistants to the successful completion of the repair, it ranks right at the top my experiences with service professionals! We have used Formula Plumbing twice, with Dan as our technician both times, and we are Formula customers for life for several reasons. First, they were the only plumbing service where a real person answered the phone instead of an automated system. For our first, smaller job, the manager spoke with us directly and ensured someone could come out the same day.

Our second job turned out to be more involved than we initially expected, but Frank took the time to walk us through every option, patiently answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the solution that made the most sense for both our budget and our needs. Dan came out and did a great job walking me through the plan to install a water softer for our new home plus some other smaller jobs I needed. He was extremely helpful walking me through the maintenance of the system as well. The team were expert communicators and the pricing was clear and transparent.

Great experience with Formula Plumbing. Frank was straight forward and detailed with the breakdown in pricing and used contractor grade tank and materials for the water heater install. Wade came out on time and was friendly and did really clean work. Couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Would use their services again.

They were very detailed. Dan didn't leave till job was done. He cleaned up after himself. Hauled the old tank away and the old piping that needed to be replaced. He had to jackhammer the concrete to cut out the bad pipe. Laid new concrete down after fix. Very professional.
