Plumbing -burst pipe -Response was fast. Plumber was awesome. Explained the situation and worked quickly to stop more water damage from continuing.

Jack Dungey was assigned to my house by my rental company... Other plumbers have come to fix my plumbing and either not fix it or did a bad job! Jack was called to my house. He was very professional, early #1 and fixed everything including more than the rental company wanted to pay for. He found spare parts on his truck and fixed my shower and toilet. He was very clean!!! Amazing guy! I would use him if I was paying for it!!!

After eight years living in my house, I needed to have a spigot removed and replaced due to a small leak. I had company Frank Gay come to my house and tell me that they were going to break my concrete to have to replace it and charge me a ridiculous amount! I will NEVER call Frank gay ever again ! Thanks to my husband knowing this stuff he looked up this company ultimate plumbing he was sure it was something simple that We needed a second opinion And that we did not need to break the concrete. Thankfully The company sent me JD he was great / fast as well as Knowledgeable And they saved me! Most importantly, I did not have to break the concrete in fact he didn’t touch any of it! Thank you ultimate I appreciate your business. Hope to be able to do more business in the future.! I’ll enclose the before and after photos All it needs is some painting! Surprisingly, they are based from Tampa Which I just realized that but I was told they service in Orlando. I am in the Tavares and they serviced me there!

JD was excellent. He explained everything he fixed and made sure the property management company was aware of any issues that still needed to be addressed.

Rob has been amazing to work with and will get to the bottom of any plumbing issues. He was able to come out same day to diagnose our shower leak and finished the demo in 3 hours when he returned.

Jack is able to explain a project in a down-to-earth manner while giving you several options to stay within your budget. Great communication, arrives when he says he will, and takes pride in his work. Although he has a company to run, I never had the feeling that he was trying to unreasonably upcharge and/or sell the most expensive option. I received several quotes, and had that feeling with the other providers. Maybe most importantly, just a nice guy...and that goes a long way. I highly recommend using Ultimate Plumbing Solutions.

One day earlier would have been preferred, but the service guy was on time, worked diligently and communicated throughout the process. No complaints here!

Jack came today and fixed us up so quick. We've had multiple plumbers come and say nothing is really wrong or just a new filter and he immediately knew what the issue was how to fix it and had the job done correctly within 30 minutes. He was so kind and explains everything. Even took time to say hi to the kids and dogs. 10/10 recommend and will request through landlord for all future plumbing needs!

I had a pleasure of meeting James today for a job in my apartment from the time I was scheduling to initial face-to-face from the front door or during the job he was very polite very professional and courteous definitely will call them again for any needs that we need as far as for our plumbing.

Donovan was very professional and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations that we will follow......will call you again when we purchase the various items {sink faucets, toilets, etc.}. Donovan is certainly an asset to your company.

My bathtub faucet was installed incorrectly. Jack from Ultimate Plumbing replaced the cartridge because I couldn't shut the faucet off... Jack showed me all the pieces of metal/saulder? that the original plumber had left inside

The technician Jack Dunkey was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He stayed late to finish the job, which he did not have to do. He could have come back the next day. I would recommend this company to anybody!
