Ricardo did an excellent job. I had a leak in my reclaimed water pipe in my yard. Ricardo was fast professional and did a great job taking care of the problem. Great employee and company highly recommend.

Had my water line from city to my house redone by Apex due to a leak I had. The plumber came out and took a look at it the first day and said it would relatively easy.
The plumber who came out from Apex offered to do the job on the side for less and not get a permit at all. But I declined this and requested it be done properly and I would pay the price to get it done correctly with a permit.

They came out and did it quickly, but said they were going to pull a permit and never did but proceeded to complete the project anyway, which is not really legal. Months later after telling them previously I would not pay the remainder till I received a permit approved by the city, they threatened to send me to collections. When telling them this again, they decided to start the permit process and have it permitted. The inspector made them add an additional peice to make it pass and gave the permit.

Then Apex was willing to offer me almost nothing for them doing things incorrectly and not managing their team correctly and not completing the project in a timely manner.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never return service to this company. They do stuff that is under the table and schemey.

Had a great experience. They were able to schedule a visit the same day I called and my technician Kheyl solved our plumbing issue immediately with the parts he had in the truck. He was also able to answer all my questions and was very patient. Thank you for your help!

THANK YOU TROY AND JAMES! Our hot water pipe broke causing the floor to be SO hot and then the apartment bathroom started completely flooding. The apartment was built in 1961 and has had serious issues with the plumbing, the pipes were all copper, but Troy and James came in and replaced everything! It was definitely not an easy job, especially since it took all week and was 100 degrees outside, but I appreciate their hard work and dedication. They answered all my silly questions and cleaned up after themselves, which helped relieve a lot of the stress I had about the situation. I highly recommend Apex!

Nothing is fun or wonderful about having a plumbing emergency happen in your home but Apex actually made us much easier.
From making the call first thing this morning to Austin calling to let me know he was on the way, it got easier and easier.
Austin was not only incredibly knowledgeable regarding what was going on with our plumbing but extremely easy going and patient with all of my questions. I can’t even express how grateful I am that I was able to ask questions as many times as I needed and he never got frustrated.

Great Plumber from Apex plumbing. Did the job we asked for and had another plumbing issue come up as he was leaving. He went got to parts to fix it before he left. last plumbing company we used before APEX, said we had to call in and make another appointment.
For reason i left them and use Apex for all our plumbing needs at the distribution center.

John and his colleague did a great job installing our new bathroom fittings, faucets, bidet etc. our set up was difficult but John found excellent solutions the problems we faced. They took care not damage the new tiles and vanity, and left the site spotless clean and fully operational. Thanks

HIGHLY recommend Apex for water heater replacement services!
We completed our water heater installation with Apex Plumbing last week. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly including admin personnel (Alex), estimator/quote rep (Austin) and install techs, (Jared & Anthony). They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, polite, accommodating and had a happy, positive attitude.
We received 5 different quotes, ranging from a one-man plumber to other larger plumbing businesses. We decided to go with Apex Plumbing based on the reviews, warranty, pricing & initial experience with the admin & quote staff. I spent a lot of time communicating with Alex to confirm we wouldn't run into any issues. They did not disappoint and operate their business the right way; great communication, experienced people, and professional service.
Jared & Anthony are very knowledgeable, had great attitudes throughout the entire process of parking, equipment delivery/removal & access challenges associated with high-rise condos. Our water heater resides in our laundry room with very little workable space. However, they were patient and careful extracting the old unit & replacing the new water heater while avoiding the wine fridge, washer/dryer & cabinets. They were very conscientious, and everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. Would definitely request Jared & Anthony again for any future plumbing needs.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Apex did for us yesterday. We had a clogged kitchen drain and a leaking P-trap and needed to have a hose bib replaced outside. Wesley quickly took a look, explained the options and went to work addressing our issues. He went the extra mile making sure everything was perfect and making sure we were satisfied with his excellent work. You can definitely go wrong in picking the wrong plumber. But you won't go wrong with choosing Apex.

It’s been a long time since we have met a service person as qualified as Austin. He did an amazing job for us on the day before the holiday. Completely honest and very kind. Ricardo was absolutely fantastic. He truly went above and beyond for us as customers. We had an issue that turned out to be more complex than originally thought, but he advocated for us and made sure it was done right. Major sewer blockage from house. Wesley located blockage close to the street. Excavated the sewer line and cut out damaged pipe. Made all repairs in minimum time. Great work.
