Jack Dungey with Ultimate Plumbing Solutions was among the best customer service experiences I have had. Jack was prompt, knowledgable in his estimate, and very efficient in his installation. No hesitation. He knew exactly what he was doing. Loved the finished work and the placement of my water softener.

Great communication from the time the service call was place until the technician was on the way to the house. James was really good, nice, professional, knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the needed part(s) on his truck and was able to complete the work in one visit. And he is friendly with dogs, always a plus.

Edit: We just had Donovan come out, and once again had a great experience. This came up the week of Christmas while we were preparing to have family over, and they were incredibly responsive, answering our call on a Sunday and coming out the next morning. Professional, communicative, and easy to work with, just as we’ve come to expect!

We were in need of garbage disposal help and called Ultimate Plumbing. We had used them once before and were pleased with their professionalism and how they cleaned up after they were done. This visit we had Jack Dungey come out and was able to correct the issue immediately. He was professional, friendly and gave me tips to avoid the issue in tge future. My dog has a new friend too. I definitely recommend this company .

I recently had a remodel of my home and was very satisfied however there were some plumbing issues afterward. I called what I thought was a reputable company however the technician did not appear to have a solution to the problem. I gave Ultimate Plumbing solutions a call. Jack responded and immediately diagnosed the issue with tub and separate shower. He quickly solved rhe problem for a fraction of the previous company. Great price and better service by far. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable in his field. We even had some mutual friends that he had done extensive work in the past. My profession coworkers rely on word of mouth. Jack and his team will be the only ones I refer for when asked for a plumber. Won't hesitate to call on him again.

Jack from Ultimate Plumbing Solutions came to my rescue when my TruTankless tankless water heater stopped working properly. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. Jack was professional, showed up right on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
What really stood out was how fair and honest he was—no upselling, no unnecessary work, just straightforward, competent service at a reasonable price. As an authorized TruTankless repair professional, he clearly knew the system inside and out.
I couldn’t be happier with the result—hot water is back and working perfectly. Ultimate Plumbing Solutions (and especially Jack) has earned my full trust. Highly recommended!

I called last night around 5:00 p.m. to book an appointment for a new water heater installation in northdale Tampa.
The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and kind and they booked me for the following day first thing on the morning appointment with the lovely technician Amed.
I received the confirmation text that the technician is on the way and when I arrived on site I felt very comfortable and in good hands.
The installation took about an hour and was very informative, kept the house very clean and respectful.
Price was very good I would definitely use ultimate plumbing solutions in the future.
And most importantly Amed the technician who provided the work for me.

Great experience! It was easy to submit a request online and schedule a repair time from a short phone call. Jack was able to fix a leak from my bathtub faucet. He showed up on time and explained what was wrong with it. He was able to make the repair quickly.

Plumbing Solutions will be my go-to from now on!

We had a plumbing emergency and called Apex plumbing. The issue was a broken pipe right behind the toilet. Hard to reach but easy to repair. It is a 2 hr job. max. They promptly showed up within an hour, and provided a quote of 9X. I give 4 stars for the efficiency and professionalism, but it felt to me that their pricing was out of norm. I called around for a qualified handyman. A few hours later the problem was fixed for 2X as predicted within 2 hrs.

Jimmy and Vinny came and replaced our sump pump today. Both guys were super nice and up front about what cost would be. They replaced our sump pump super quick and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Sump pump wasn't working so I called to have someone come out and inspect it. Jared came out and fixed it right away! He was very nice and professional.

Josh was terrific, very polite and professional. Left the job site looking clean and took away all the old water softener parts and boxes from the new unit. He did a thorough test of the new unit before finishing. If we ever need plumbing services again, I would definitely ask for Josh!

I called for service on a shower that would not shut off. Apex plumbing was able to send a technician within a few hours, which was on a Saturday. Kyle had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I will use them again when needed.

Zack did a great job fixing our toilet drain pipe, securing it with concrete, and reinstalling the now level functioning toilet. He’s friendly, hard working and professional.

Really great experience. I kind of cringe whenever I have to call a plumber because I haven't had good experiences. This one met all my expectations. Schedule was flexible so that I could be present. Quote was reasonable, no attempt to upsell me. Quick, excellent work from a nice guy who went above and beyond. Couldn't ask for more. I will call again.
