Apex did the work in a reasonable time frame. The price was outrageous. I was in a bind for this job but will be getting several quotes from several companies in the future.

I recently called Apex Plumbing to schedule an appointment to replace my outdoor spigot, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the first phone call, the experience was smooth and professional. Jon came out to do the work, and he was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, answered my questions patiently, and completed the job efficiently. The new spigot looks and works perfectly. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing, and especially Jon, for anyone looking for quality plumbing work and excellent customer service!

Called Apex due to a broken shower handle that we thought was causing a leak. Plumber came out said yes the handle was broken but the cause of the leak was actually a more invasive drain repair. He said he could not fix the job without the proper tools and would have the company call us to put us on the schedule first thing the next day to fix the leak and address the handle.

Next day no one called finally about 11:00 a.m. I called and they said sure they could put me on the schedule for 4 -8. About 5:30 p.m. we got a call saying that the job was a two to three hour job and would take too long so we needed to be rescheduled for the next day.

Okay fine, now we're two days into this but the plumber seem nice and knowledgeable so we again agreed. He said someone would call to let us know our new time frame. No one called. I finally called that Friday morning no one answered. Texted the plumber he said yes I had a 2-5 window. Okay good to know since no one called.

At close to 4:00 p.m. of my 2:00 to 5:00 window I called and spoke to a lovely woman named Tori explained the situation and why we were frustrated and that I was concerned that if 5:00 p.m. was too late to do the job on Thursday was 5:00 p.m. going to be too late to start the job on a Friday and we didn't want to be rescheduled. She assured me somebody would be there within the hour to start the job. She apologized profusely said she understood why I would be frustrated and sent me a $50 Amazon gift card. I was impressed at the way she handled it and thought okay we'll keep it moving.

Sure enough the plumber showed up within the hour, worked for about 30-40 minutes, said he had to go get some supplies and left for an hour and 41 minutes.

You can imagine it's getting pretty late at this point he seemed tired we were tired we were frustrated we had five or six conversations with him regarding the handle at which point he finally said that he had not brought a handle as he said he would on the phone the day before but that we could go buy one. At 9:00 p.m. my husband goes out to Lowe's to buy a handle that he told us we should get. That handle did not work. Another conversation) as he's wrapping up the job he finally says hey since I'm such a nice guy I'll come by on my own time and fix the handle. At this point we are like okay fine just go we were aggravated and frustrated and it was late.

The second he leaves I go to clean up the tub and what I thought were black glue marks all around the drain and the handle falls off we aren't able to shut the water back off but my husband finally manhandles it back on so that we can shut the shower off and then we realize that those were in fact scratches not glue.

Called immediately to tell him he got an attitude said he never discussed a handle with us that we were being unreasonable and he did the job he came for. I get that it was late and he was frustrated because he commented twice during the latter part of the job that he was having to redo what he just did and "that the third times the charm."

Called the company spoke to Claire she said she would report it to a manager but that there was never any discussion about a handle so that's their story and they're sticking to it. Fully acknowledge that it is my fault for not double checking the estimate that a handle was actually part of it. It was five to six conversations directly with their plumber.

Guess what, no one called and no one called again as of 10:00 a.m. the next day. Called back spoke to the same person I had spoken to do this night before and they were doubling down on the handle not being part of the job. Apparently the very nice plumber told his boss that we never discussed handles in any of the conversations. So we call you for a broken handle in a leaking shower but we don't want you to fix the handle?

So 3 days, $1,000, a 5-hour job with a shower that still doesn't work.

Extremely happy with service from Joseph. We just purchased home and were experiencing a bad smell from drains. Called Apex and system cleaning was recommended and seems to be working. The professional service was appreciated. Took extra precautions by checking water quality and checked out fine. Highly recommend.

Joel was just over to install my new kitchen faucet. He was courteous, efficient, friendly, and thorough.

Brian C was extremely helpful and very kind with the whole process of cleaning my clogged shower. Acree came in the other day and tried to charge over 500 for a simple unclog using a drain snake, which was ridiculous. Apex charged me less than half of the price Acree was charging. Thank you Brian and Apex I will definitely be using you guys again!

I recently had a persistent toilet leak that was causing a lot of frustration and water waste. I called Apex plumbing and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.
From the moment Josh arrived, he was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. The leak was fixed efficiently, with no mess left behind – you'd never even know work had been done, except that everything was working perfectly!
What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He even checked to ensure everything else in the bathroom was in good shape before leaving. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and reliable.
If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, look no further. Josh truly went above and beyond, and honestly was just a really great guy to chat with! I will absolutely be using their services again and recommending them to family and friends (and asking for Josh specifically!)

John B is the best. His team is working on my condo building and they had to remove two of my toilets. They took the extra steps to make sure my floors were clean after taking everything apart and putting back together. Never had such goodness. Thank you!

To date it was the most unprofessional scam artist onsite interaction I’ve had to date. This company is going to get sued. The tech is either skimming off the top and prices to high to steal or this companies policy on pricing is to steal. Quoted me $401 to snake my sink after coming to fix my toilet for $259. I also ask about adding a pee trap he quotes $1300 after im appalled by the pricing he three times pretends to mesage his manager and the price works itself down below half price. That means they were cheating me by almost double from the staet avoid at all costs

We had a pipe leaking in our garage wall that Mohammed from Apex was able to quickly get repaired and he was very polite. We also had an issue with clogged drain lines in our kitchen preventing the sink from working that Jason from Apex quickly repaired and he was also very kind and professional. Scheduling was easy and cost was reasonable!

Ricardo was my technician! Professional and friendly! What a relief to finally find an honest, reasonable plumber. The faucets in my master bath sinks have been running slow for quite some time. I was hoping it was nothing serious. And it wasn’t! My filters just needed to be cleaned, and they are not in an obvious place, so it’s not anything I could have done on my own! Both faucets are flowing great now! Ricardo was on time and as I mentioned, reasonably priced. Did an excellent job and I’m very happy with the service! Will definitely use Apex going forward!

Had a toilet that was clogged because my kid flushed their toy down. Called in the morning and had someone come promptly in the afternoon. Mo was great. He made sure to not track dirt in the house and ended up taking care of the clog in no time. I also had a few questions and was extremely knowledgeable about some of our plumbing issues. Thank you guys for the great service and thank you Mo for being courteous and really fair on the price!

These guys were awesome and really did an excellent job with my lift station pump and didn’t stop until the problem was fixed. If you want it done right then you should call Apex plumbing. Thanks Mark, Jimmy and Austin

DIY'd myself into a broken exterior spigot. The flooding was inside the wall and before you knew it, all over the interior of that side of the house. The first call we made said they'd have somebody to us in 4-6 hours, $299 for the visit alone. We then called Apex. Between that call and our technician Jukobi finishing the job, barely 3 hours elapsed. The cost was reasonable (especially for a Sunday . . . no service call fee - flat rate for the project itself) and I had time to spare before the playoffs! Jukobi was excellent. He had the job spec'd out, priced and underway within 20 minutes. He was spot on correct in his diagnosis. His job was thorough and the scene left clean and tidy. He is a good fellow, friendly and most of all, proficient! Highly recommend these folks without hesitation.

Our normal plumbers were not available, so I decided to give a new company a try. Tampa Bay Plumbers had a plumber out to my house within 60-90 minutes, which is very impressive. Jeremy was very professional and left no mess behind. He fixed all three of our plumbing issues, and the price was reasonable relative to the other plumbers I have used. He also helped us save money by getting a part replaced under warranty. I would highly recommend this company. I will be hiring you guys again. Thank you!

The best plumbing company ever... Matthew F. was the most skillful and professional plumber! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and thanks to his perseverance and hard work, the sewer pipes flow freely. Communication from Matthew and the office staff was always clear, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend them, as this is how a company should be run. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC for their integrity and quality of work. Their workers and technician do not cut corners. They really do the work and complete it carefully and meticulously, as if it was a project they were doing for their own home. That is how I feel, because my family in another home was super satisfied, as well, with their work after I referred them. And they are actually very pleasant to talk to. I don't like to bother and interfere with the work, but who isn't nervous about someone not hearing them regarding the things they'd like done in their home? What's more, they really listen. I didn't need to use lingo, or maps, or blueprints. They heard me and it immediately clicked and they knew exactly what installations I needed. Plus, they also explain what other aspects of the work I might not have realized was missing. These guys take the time to listen and are really polite and respectful. If there is any work I need done in my home involving sinks, faucets, drains, pipes, and installations I will not hesitate to call Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC. Thank you to Mike for your excellent work!

Been a customer for almost 5 years now, and I understand things happen, but after having bad experience after bad experience throughout 2024, I had to update the review.

Biggest issues
- Had a plumber that was under qualified or just lazy install a water heater incorrectly. They broken our new water softener and we failed inspection because of his poor work.
- Had a different plumber give us a quote that seemed a bit too high so we declined the work, and he instantly knocked $300 bucks off his quote when we said no. They just straight up wanted to see if we would over pay for the work. It was sketchy.
- Thankfully, the tech that came out to fix the water heater was friendly and reinstalled the entire system because of how poor of a job the other guy did. This tech is the reason why I kept the rating at 2 stars. However, I can't get the office to call me back to setup my 2nd inspection. I reach a call center, they take my number and email, but 3 weeks of calling and I can't get anyone to call me back. At a loss of what to do.

Had tech Jason here today to replace a garbage disposal unit and a faulty outdoor faucet. Great work, went over the pricing prior to fixing so you know what you’re getting into and he was friendly/knowledgeable. Excellent service.
