I will never recommend this company. I had an appointment that was changed by them twice. After finally making it on the third appointment. The guys came out and could not find the septic tank. They poked all around the building and, with a phone call, determined the septic tank was under the trailer, therefore, not serviceable. They then gave me a quote for $10,000.00. Since I did not commit at the time, they charged me $195.00 for coming out and spending 10 minute poking at the ground, 10 minute on the phone and about 7 minutes talking to me on how a new system would be much better than any older one.
The reason for the low rating is because the very next day, another company came out, fond the tank, and jot the job done.

As the picture shows, your team of experts came to the wrong conclusion with zero proof of the septic being under the trailer. As the picture shows, your competitor successful located the tank and did the inspection. At the end, I waited for better weather, I showed up on time to my appointment, and I paid for your employees to make a mistake and a bad job at locating the tank. A more reputable company would have refunded me for making such a huge mistake instead of covering their tracks.
At this point I do not want a refund, I do want the Tampa Bay area to know who they are dealing with.

Denis and Roland were a pleasure to work with. We had a detailed plan and restrictions we needed to work within for our project. They were able to complete everything that was asked of them, in a timely manner and at a great price! Definitely would recommend for your plumbing needs.

I had my house re-plumbed and Dunieski Rodriguez and his team did a great job! They were very professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and that team to anyone. Thank you guys!

Additional review for another service on March 27, 2023: I had a sewer blockage and Tampa Bay Plumbers sent out Michael Benson for my service call. I live in a townhouse and was never able to find a clean out. Michael had to go on the roof to scope it and found my pipe and clean out in my neighbor's yard. He was able to clear enough of the blockage for me to use my bathroom. He came back the following week and had to remove my neighbors palm tree and many roots from an Oak to replace the pipe and clean out. Which he replaced with an extended pipe so it can be easily found in the future. Not only did he and his crew do an awesome job they cleaned up and carried away the palm tree & all of the tree cuttings and root removal. I am very grateful for Michael going above and beyond to fix my sewer line & taking care of mine and my neighbor's yards. I would 100% recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and Michael and his team.

We had to replace our main water line on rather quick notice, which was no easy feat with a 300 plus stretch of various tree roots, sprinkler lines, and pool lines in the way. Tampa Bay Plumbers, Mike Benson and crew did a fantastic job of avoiding breaking all obstacles and laying a new line quickly and professionally. The project passed inspection within 24 hours and we are happily up and running again. Thank you TBP, will definitely use you again in the future.

It was a very professional experience. Nathan was a nice clean, cut and intelligent young man. Unclogged our sink and gave us lots of information.

Steven was very helpful and quickly solved the issues caused by my water heater !! He checked in regularly and explained what caused the issue and options for the best solution. I absolutely recommend him.

Mr. Steven came to my house with his team, who diagnosed the problem I had with my solar water heater. He replaced it with the same kind of heater, did everything to safely install the new hot water tank. He also explained everything and prior to the installation, he diagnosed the entire problem, which revealed his vast knowledge about water-heaters and related issues. I had a feeling he was very knowledgeable. They did the entire job thoroughly and carefully. Thank you for your excellent work.

We recently called The Clean Plumbers concerning a leakage problem at the base of our toilet. William was the plumber who arrived to service our toilet. He explained to us what the problem could be and the cost. He assessed the problem & told us what it was and efficiently fixed the problem. We were pleased with the service we got.

These folks are scammers praying on customers that are vulnerable. I needed a new pool heater that was already in place hooked to my gas meter that was 5 feet from the meter. The tech took out his iPad to get me a great price and by the time he was done and calling his supervisor, he came back with a $3800 price. This was to add a T to an existing gas line and then run a short pipe to the heater. I told him to get lost. I called a local gas plumber and his charge to do the work perfectly was $350. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Got the referral from my church bulletin. Adam is great to work with and looks like he enjoys what he does. He and Tony installed my water heater quickly and professionally, but they were real human beings as well that you could talk with. Cost was reasonable for the service being provided. I would not hesitate to contact again for future service. Thanks guys!

Stephen and Enrique did a complicated hydro flush at our house today. They did an excellent job, keeping us informed throughout. They also did a good job of suggesting and explaining the next step to be taken.

Steve and Enrique were amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and hard working because they aim for perfection. They are on time and happy as they work. It was a 2 day project and each day was the same pride in work. I will always ask for them when I have any plumbing concerns. They are amazing.

Unprofessional, Defensive, and Zero Accountability

We’ve now had two awful experiences with The Clean Plumbers in Tampa. Most recently, Adam came out for a 6-month checkup and to look at water flow issues with our master tub and toilet bidet. At first, everything seemed fine — until that very night we noticed our master toilet tank tilted back against the wall.

When we called to have it checked, Adam got defensive right away, first insisting he hadn’t touched it, then admitting he lifted the lid to drop in a dye pack and made adjustments under the bidet. He still tried to say we’d have to pay for another visit. Later, when we attempted to realign it ourselves, the tank started leaking water everywhere. We called again, explained calmly, even sent pictures, stressing that we weren’t accusing anyone of intentional damage. Their response? Double down, accuse us of “manually replacing the fill valve” (something we’ve never done), and continue to deflect. They even implied that after they left, we just decided to tamper with the only working toilet in our house — which makes zero sense, especially when we had two other toilets with actual issues we had planned to have them fix later.

This wasn’t even our first terrible experience. A few months ago, David came out to fix our water softener and ended up spilling water all over our garage — right where we have a home gym with tile mats. He never told us about it; we only found out later when water started seeping under the mats. He also flooded under our kitchen sink while attempting to “fix” a faucet, then told us we needed a $300 replacement part. Which later on, a handyman fixed in minutes without the replacement part.

Between Adam’s defensiveness, David’s messes, and the company’s dismissive customer service, it’s clear The Clean Plumbers doesn’t take responsibility, doesn’t have their customers’ best interests at heart, and will deflect blame at every turn. If you want accountability, professionalism, and actual solutions — look elsewhere.

I wish I went with The Clean Plumbers initially, but unfortunately went with a cheaper company (Hawkins). It ended up being a mess! You get what you pay for. Luckily, The Clean Plumbers were able to come back fix the remaining issues. I will always use The Clean Plumbers from this point on. Quality work, very reliable and professional. Thank you!

Adam and Travis were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and nice!! They installed my water heater and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!!
