The team was nice and communicated really well. They were unable to solve my problem, guarantee a solution installing pressure toilet system, and still didn't work, but I was charged, and even with the camera, I haven't even received a quote or solution. As a landlord, the time and conditions of my tenants are a priority. If they provide me with a solution, I can rethink my review.
Sarah: Your team went to the property 4 times to find the problem, and I was charged for it every single time, even when no solution was provided. The second time your team ran the camera, they knew the problem, and still, they proposed the pressure toilets, and nothing was solved, but again, I was charged for something that didn't solve the issue. I didn't get any refund. every service was charged as a regular or individual service. Even when I was the same client, your team was dealing over and over. I also want to clarify that you went to the property to figure out the issue, and a week later (A WEEK), you went again to simply run the camera and install toilets. It took a week...

I had two service technicians (sorry I didn't write their names down) that came out to replace a section of pipe that could only be accessed by cutting through the block and stucco on the exterior of my house. They explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. They really did an excellent job. I found the young technician well educated in his field and very willing to share his expertise with me. I felt confident he knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Richard from Tampa Bay Plumbers was able to come out the same day we requested help for the leak that was apparent by the giant, dripping stain in our garage ceiling. He investigated all the possibilities and was able to narrow it down to a leak in the piping behind our tub.

Richard was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was going on and why. He also gave me some tips to help us not have future problems with the plumbing. We really appreciate him!

We had our sepetic system inspected by Bill and Mitch. Both gave of stellar service and had exceptional professionalism and expertise. We unfortunately had some issues with our tank and they broke down the entire situation - and gave us honest and trustworthy feedback on all options available. Those guys were 10 out of 10... We also had plumbing service from the company and that was same level of professionalism. Highly recommend this company, they seem to have a great all around culture!

We had a plumbing leak for a week and didn’t know who to call and trust with a decent price. So read some reviews on diff plumbing companies and found Tampa Bay Plumbers.
Just one call and that same day our plumbing problem was fixed by Justin! He was so nice and assured us that he can fix the leak. We were afraid that we can’t afford the repair but he gave us a decent price. And we, of course understand that pricing is based on the amount of work. I will call this company again if needed and will refer to our friends if they need someone reliable and can be trusted. We might ask for Justin again! Thank you Justin and to the nice Lady who got my call that day!

Replaced a leaking valve under my bath room sink. They did a great job! Fast service, worked clean, fair price. What more can you ask for?

If their service is anything like their driving I would run. This person decided to run me into another lane of traffic to prevent him from hitting my car. I blew the horn profusely & when I tried to get his attention of course he pretended to not see me.

They pumped our septic , installed a new and improved lid and jet cleaned our lines. And on a Sunday...The guys were very professional and respectful not to mention very knowledgeable. This will be our go to company from now on.

The tech has excellent customer service skills and took the time to show me pictures of the job he did and explained everything. Not only did he fix the problem, which is all I was expecting, but this is a considerable upgrade to our old one. They solved my problems inside the house and out. Tampa Bay Plumbers did a very excellent job with my complicated project! They were very coordinated and efficient in making sure the job was perfectly done. Bill, Gary and his team were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. The team really paid attention to the small details of the job ensuring absolute satisfaction. I appreciate how they cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside, even asking for a broom and dustpan to clean up inside after they were done! Muka did a fantastic job today. He discovered a Crack in a pipe that we did not know about and repaired it in one day. Also, he came out as scheduled without delays. Very satisfied

Repaired main drain from the house to the septic. Went straight to the problem and resolved by cutting out old cast iron pipe and replacing with PVC. The drain works great now. Rob Hemmendinger did a Very clean and professional job.

I'm giving my highest rating I have ever given for a plumber. I can't speak to price because I have a Sears Protect Home Warranty, but I would say that this has been quite a pleasant experience. In fact, the home warranty service to longer to get me connected to Tampa Bay Plumbing than the plumber took to get out to our place.

They scheduled me quickly in less than one week. The first person reviewed (I can't remember his name) and the second person did not leave until the work was done perfectly. Cody was the kindest and most respectful service repair I think I've ever encountered! He was polite to my elderly parents, cleaned up after himself, and want afraid to sweat!

When it comes to repairs to your home, I want a professional who is OCD about his work. And Cody was that, and he treated his work as if he were working on his own home. Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for the best plumbing repair experience I've had in my 48 years. If I ever need work again, I will certainly request you AND Cody! Thank you for accepting home warranty repair, too. It is easier for my Dad to handle costly repairs rather quickly.

This was the fourth time we had used Tampa Bay Plumbers for a job and, as always, it was a good experience. Tony and his assistant arrived on time to install a new faucet and reconnect the drain line and disposal after new kitchen counter tops had been installed. They used whatever parts they could salvage from the old sink (drains, pipes, etc.) and replaced what was too old or used. The pipes below had to be changed since the new sink was deeper than the original.

They made sure all water supply lines worked and there were no leaks after the install. Tony and his assistant cleaned up their work area. They were both friendly and professional.

We will hire Tampa Bay Plumbers again without reservation should the need arise.

First of all, I want to say that Anselmo and Carlos are absolutely fabulous. I chose Tampa Bay Plumbers after getting quotes from two other companies to do the plumbing portion of a minor kitchen remodel job. Their price was definitely competitive with the other quotes I received.
Part of the job required them to tear into the wall from the outside of the house. Anselmo assessed the fixes needed and gave me the utmost confidence that he had a tech who could not only help him complete the job, but also replace the vinyl siding that they would have to open up. As is to be expected with any plumbing job on an older house, there were unexpected complications that we encountered once they opened up the wall. Anselmo and Carlos were fabulous throughout the whole process and went way above and beyond to ensure our job was completed to the best it could be. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

My hot water connection seized up from corrosion which made it impossible to loosen the connection.
Called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they send Justin Gregory the next day!
Justin was knowledgeable and professional. There was some problems during fixing but Justin did an incredible job working around it.
Thanks to Justin and his company we can wash our clothes with hot water again!!

I am so happy that we got Mike R. the plumber to come out today. Woke up this morning to find that our water heater went out on us flooding out the garage. We called them and they came over and checked it and replaced it in the same day! I couldn't imagine being without water longer than that. We called other companies before this one and they were trying to come on later days. So glad we called this company because they were willing to truly honor their 24/7 time frame unlike other companies. Mike is a hard worker, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate Mike's honesty and for taking time to explain everything to me in order for me to understand the issue that I was dealing with. With this company you are in good hands. I would definitely call them again with any of my plumbing needs. I would recommend Mike R. and this company. I chose to go from a gas water heater to an electric one. Job well done.

These guys were great to work with. Gary Tavern lead the install of our residential drainfield. He and his team were very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They kept me informed at every step of the install.

Justin installed my bathroom lavatory faucet. Easy to set appointment and Justin called to let me know he was on the way. Price was reasonable and he did a excellent professional job. I will definitely use Tampa Bay Plumbers for future plumbing needs.

I had a water leak and John help us locate the leak which was under the foundation. John and his crew re-piped my whole house hot and cold water replaced the hot water heater. John explained the whole process, the crew was very professional neat and clean throughout the whole process. Another five star job done by Tampa Bay plumbers.

After experiencing a slab leak, we opted to have our 40 yr old house re-piped in two phases. Mike Benson and his father came out to complete phase 1 and did a fantastic job. They ran new copper pipe into the house, through our block wall, and over to our water heater, then hooked up the new system to our old manifold to give us temporary water until phase 2 ProPex install can be completed. They were patient and flexible, explaining everything to us and willing to work with us to install everything just the way we wanted it, including parts we had sourced ourselves (Flo by Moen shutoff device and Uponor copper valved manifolds). Very happy with their quality work and service!

I needed to have the water heater in my house replaced urgently. I called TB Plumbers, and they dispatched a tech (Jason) immediately. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable. TB Plumbers (David) improved on their initial quote, and I went with them. Jason finished the job within two hours and did a superb job with the replacement. TB Plumbers saved the day for me! I will definitely go back to them again for my plumbing needs.
