Justin was great! We had a steam room install we previous contracted with another company and the other company could not figure it out after 3 of their plumbers came onsite. Justin had it sorted out in 5 mins and did a quality job. If you want a plumbing fix or job done right, these are the guys to call.

We had an emergency at one of our tenant locations and was given a two hour window with the possibility of taking a little longer due to travel time. The tech was on his way within 30 minutes and communicated with me the entire time. Outstanding service.

I have used many plumbing companies during the last ten years. This company is the first that I can say honestly impressed me. They were upfront with the pricing and the time it would take to finish the job. I never felt pressured nor did the tech try to up sale me. Speaking of the tech, Matt is exceptional in his skills and service. He is polite and I'm sure, a very valued employee at this company. I would trust him with any plumbing need that you might have. My experience with this company was simply amazing. Not only was the customer service incredible, but the plumbers were cordial and experienced. The gentleman that help us- Joe - was just amazing. As a 2nd generation plumber, he identified the problem immediately and offered a very fair price to fix. He and customer service were responsive to our calls, and handled the whole process with grace and professionalism. I will be choosing Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC for ALL of our plumbing needs in the future.

Damien's performance and problem resolution was excellent. He quickly identified the issue, put my mind at ease for how he planned to resolve the problem, and then went straight to work and got it done. Richard Kinney did an amazing job in replacing the wax donut seal under my toilet. He was very professional, and knowledgeable!! The work performed was very thorough and the area was left immaculate! First of all I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company!
I inherited my parents home in the town and country area. Needless to say it came with more than a few challenges and problems with the septic and cast iron piping. I had reached out to a couple of other companies but they were only helpful in fixing the immediate problem. It wasn’t until I came into contact with Tampa Bay Plumbing that my issues were finally discovered and FIXED!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about ALL the workers who were on this job!!
Flushing our toilets without backup should be the norm but when dealing with pipes from the 1960’s it was a constant battle.
I’m so grateful to have found a company who first of all could handle the ENTIRE PROBLEM and get things fixed in a timely manner!!
These guys are extremely responsive and reliable!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Excellent 5 star plumbing company. I called on a Wed afternoon and about an hour later a Tech arrived (for a non emergency call). Teddy is a great plumber who diagnosed the broken shower faucet, got the parts, and replaced the fixture at 9am the next morning. I can’t recommend Teddy and this company enough. Good to be dealing with a locally owned business as well that doesn’t answer to a national firm.

We are so pleased with the service we received. Mike and the crew he brought did an incredible job. Mike was very knowledgeable and courteous . We had a serious issue with the main sewer line leading out to the septic tank. We had called several different company's and the quotes and extensive work they proposed sounded outrageous. A friend recommended Tampa Bay Plumbers and we decided to give them a call. That was the best decision we made. Not only did Mike have other options to fix our issue the prices was less than half of what the other companies wanted to charge. Mike at Tampa Bay Plumbers will be my go to plumber from now on. Thanks again.

The experience was great, from my first call with David to the service I received from Justin. Justin arrived within 30 minutes and quickly and expertly fixed to damage. He actually improved on how it was originally by mounting the faucet on the wall. Thanks, Justin!

I called Tampa Bay Plumbers after having several other plumbing companies come to my home and try and up-sell me on services I didn't need with no real guarantee they they could even fix my problem. After much frustration, I ran across Tampa Bay Plumbers on a google search, called, left a message, and Denis returned my call. We spoke on the phone, I told him I needed my problem solved and not another up-sell. We spoke, he listened, and then he recommended a whole house pipe restoration. What we spoke about made sense and made me feel comfortable, so I scheduled with Denis. Denis arrived with his crew, Ian, Kenton, and James, they were on time and walked me through the entire process. They allowed me to observe their work as they located my sewer lines, cleaned them, videoed them, and installed the clean-out accesses. The way they treated me made me feel a part of the process and they showed me what they were doing and explained why they were doing it throughout the job. They worked diligently fixing my issues and restoring my cast iron pipes to the best condition they could. Their analysis of the condition of my pipes was accurate and did not try to up-sell me on pipe re-lining which I was interested in but they evaluated that I did not need - complete honesty! I saw the condition of the pipes before their restoration and after, what a big difference they made! All of my plumbing now works as it should, I would call Tampa Bay Plumbers again as well as I would request Denis, Ian, Kenton, and James - super nice guys who produced quality work from beginning to end. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and will use them again! Thanks for the quality service Denis, Ian, Kenton, and James!

we had to call because our septic tank was full and our toilets were backing up. They came out right away. Steve could not have been any nicer. He stayed until the problem was fixed. Him and his helper saved our day. I would recommend this company any day. The service was outstanding and the price was great. Our neighborhood has used them, and everybody has been very pleased with their service. If we could give them a 10 for their efficiency.

Amazing customer service!! I did a Google search and was so fortunate to have chosen Tampa Bay Plumbers. Their responsiveness from the time I called until the job was completed was so much more than I anticipated. Jeremy was wonderful. He showed up on time, called to let us know when he was on his way and assessed our issue immediately. We had what I hoped was a simple leak in our kitchen faucet, but unfortunately not so simple. We ended up needing an entirely new 4 hole faucet replacement. Jeremy went out of his way to track down and find us the best available price saving us over $300. on the fixture. He then proceeded to go out of his way the following day to pick up the fixture for us and installed it. Also, not so easy as our garbage disposal and water filtration system had to be disassembled and moved out of the way. Jeremy was so easy going, courteous and respectful of our home making sure everything was clean and put back in order before leaving. I rarely experience this degree of customer service these days. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy. We will be referring our neighbors and will definitely call Tampa Bay Plumbers in the future if needed. Keep up the good work!

Service was fast, without any complications. Techs explained options to consider in the future, given that our septic system is really old and the concrete walls are cracking. We are very happy with the service that was provided, and we are also happy of supporting a local plumbing company.

Excellent service, great price, Zack and Brian had amazing work ethic working through the rain. They showed up on time and let me know through the whole process what was going on and showed pictures as they were doing the work before and after. We had a septic system inspection done by this company. The technician, Orlando, did a thorough inspection, and described each step as he did it. He explained how the entire system works and what each component does, and I have a much better understanding of our system now. He was very professional, pleasant, and seemed to be very experienced and knew what he was doing.

I had a great experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers. When I first made contact they were very helpful and transparent about costs. The day of the appointment I was contacted and given updates as to when my service provider would arrive. Jamil Thompson was professional and handled our issues. He was persistent in resolving the problem, was meticulous and sensitive to the activities in our workplace. I had the pleasure of using the services of Tampa Bay Plumbers earlier this year, and it was a positive experience in every respect. Mike Benson and his team did a whole house re-pipe on my home that had been on the market for several months at the time work was scheduled. The quoted price was reasonable, and there was no long wait for the job to begin. I was most impressed with Mike Benson's responsiveness on every occasion that I made contact with him while the job was in progress. Equally impressive was the fact that all of his crew (Tyrell, D. Rodriguez, and others) were very professional, highly-skilled, and good communicators as far as answering my questions and relaying information to Mike if I had any concerns.
