I kicked off discussion of installing a new water heater with Frank and the conversations went well where we found a path forward that made us both happy. Matt C. came out to finalize the bid and then begin work. He was a one man machine. He kept me informed all throughout the process and gave me some tips/pointers/etc along the way. I've dealt with some sketchy plumbers in the past and this experience today was a breath of fresh air. Its nice to meet a contractor that isnt there to gouge you and squeeze out the last bit of money you have. I would highly recommend the Frank/Matt combo to anyone.

After being displaced for six months due to Hurricane Helene - we were finally able to move back into our home. We had a few plumbing issues that needed handled and a botched installation of appliances from another company. Jack arrived at our home at 4pm and stayed until everything was completed. (4 hours later) he was friendly and professional - took time to explain what he was doing and why it needed completed. He had us back in business! It was refreshing to see someone actually understand and empathize with our situation - which is why he said up front "You have been displaced for six months. You are living here now, I am staying until the job is done". You don't find many like that these days! Jack was truly our Ultimate Plumbing Solution!

Great team knows what they are doing. Highly recommend. Came and fixed my water leak and replaced pipes outside remove the old galvanized pipe replaced it with PVC and added a shut off valve at the house which I didn’t have before. Not an easy job lots of roots to get down to the plumbing and the old plumbing was a mess sneaking all over the place, but they fixed it and fixed it right very pleased. I’d highly recommend their services.

Amed was our technician and he was AWESOME. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very careful and methodical in his approach. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. He had all of the exact tools that were needed, the finished product looked great and he carefully cleaned up after himself. He was also very courtesy and personable. I would recommend him and give him an A+.

Overall experience was outstanding! The office communicated well, but Amed - the pro contractor handling my kitchen sink/dishwasher leak - kept me “real time” informed, even calling me early to let me know he’d had a cancellation; he offered to come by earlier than the scheduled window (strictly as a courtesy option if it worked for me — which is absolutely did, on a Friday afternoon!). He was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly efficient—even though he had to replace a larger item than expected—and friendly! He walked me through the completed work and pointed out what to watch for, etc., and I noted that the “job site” was kept perfectly clean (which is not a given with some other contractor firms or techs…). In and out in about a half hour! I highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing, but in this case BECAUSE they have a great professional working for them in Amed! Thanks!!

I needed both of my toilets rebuilt, they were running constantly and refusing to flush. Amed from ultimate plumbing solutions LLC, arrived right on time. Repaired both, and the Charge was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again.
