Recently I required a plumbing services regarding the city of Saint Petersburg meter upgrade. Formula Plumbing was recommended for the work. Scheduling was a breeze and I had no issues communicating about the work. Brian and Josh who performed the work were amazing. They were very personable, polite and worked extremely hard in the Florida heat. They were also very considerate and accommodating to make sure my water service was minimally interrupted. I am very satisfied in choosing Formula Plumbing and they will be my pick for the future.

Everyone that was part of process was fantastic!! Kristina K in the office was excellent as the customer service representative. Frank the services manager was extremely thorough on explaining all the options. Victor the service technician called me multiple times with photos of the work being done. Finally found my plumbing company!!! If you need a company this is the one to call and hire!!!

Everyone I dealt with during the process was very nice and upfront about repairs and costs and offered flexible options to meet my budget. From estimate to completion of job Formula did an outstanding job. Remodeling our master bathroom which includes moving fixtures, drain and switching plumbing for single vanity to a double. Formula took care of all of the rough in plumbing in one day. Install was clean and Dave understood exactly what needed to be done. Will certainly use Formula for any future plumbing needs!

Dan replaced my whole house water filter tank and head. His work was performed with much care and respect for his surroundings and customer.

I’m pleased. The water softener install went well and looks good. Ahmed was professional and worked hard. Most important, they were honest. The quote was fair. They offered extra services (water heater flush) which were a great idea. They also added a non softened hose bib for the pool. I’ll be a return customer.

Jacob did an excellent job installing the new toilet. It was fairly priced and the job was completed fast.

Dan was the technician who fixed my Mom's Water Softening System. He was Curtious, Profesional, Timely, and explained everything in language that I could easily understand.

Had a water heater leak last Friday. Made the initial call at 11am. Matt arrived by 12:30 and I had a new water heater in by 3. Can’t ask for much more than that! Matt was awesome! Attentive, personable and super efficient. Very happy with their service!

Wade the plumber sent by Formula Plumbing was very professional and proficient. He was neat and quick. I thought he did a great job!

I had an expansion tank installed and water heater ball valve replaced. Considering the cost of parts and the speed in which the job was performed I felt the labor charge was on the high side. But this may be the going rate here in Florida.

Had an excellent experience with Formula today. It was an emergency repair and they were able to make it happen quick. Thought the pricing was very fair for their response. Kevin did a great job. Will work with them again.

Frank and Gabe GET IT. They listened To my very long explanation of why and how I needed to do things at a rental property and came up with a great solution to not only help me but get the problem fixed in a timely fashion. Prices for everything are high but this company keeps up a great business - they don’t short cut to save - they’re fair and honest. Camera was top of the line and Gabe took the time to show me all of the plumbing- so it made sense. Showed me the problem areas and gave me options with no pushy sales pressure. Refreshing to find companies like this.

John from Formula Plumbing was such a hard working plumber as well as a nice young man. Installing the new city water line from the alley to the street took many hours of precise digging to prepare to lay the new line and connections before the city inspector arrived! Whatever he removed, he carefully replaced. Since he was working several properties nearby he had plumber Gage assisting! I will definitely consider this company as my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Service was excellent and Gage worked really hard to install three new toilets and replace all the supply lines and shut off valves. Frank was a pleasure to work with in estimates of cost, and very reasonable. Highly recommend.
