I have little plumbing experience and had a small leak on a water supply valve for a toilet that I tried to replace myself. I couldn't get it to stop leaking.I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out on a Sunday because I had to shut off the water. I was told that my service tech wold be there before 6:00 pm. What time did he arrive? Before 6:00 pm. I was so relieved when he knocked. Brian was able to show me what I might have done wrong(Teflon tape isn't actually needed on a compression fitting).

Moreau initially came to my house for just a prepaid hot water heater maintenance flush and ended up replacing 3 water valves in my bathroom as well after he noticed they were old. He did a great job and the price to replace the 3 water valves was very reasonable!

We needed a tankless water heater replaced. In fact, we ended up upgrading on the replacement. Thomas was a professional from the moment he called to keep me updated on his arrival time to the moment he exited the property.
As soon as he showed up at the door, he identified himself very professionally and demonstrated respect for the property by immediately placing shoe covers on his shoes. That is always a sign of professionalism in service.
Thomas was very quick to diagnose the issue. And kept me informed of every step of the process. He provided a same day solution and was very timely and completing the water heater replacement.
It is obvious that the company cares about the type of service. They provide their customers because Thomas was an example of that.

My only suggestion to the company is to provide discounts for first responders. That would be a great plus.

We were so impressed with the experience that we became members of their services. I recommend this company and Thomas to anybody needing plumbing services.

Moreau was professional and knew what to do. My only issue was the time. I was given an 8-12 pm slot. Mario called to say the tech was behind but couldn't estimate when he would be here. He arrived around 1:30. Paid $299 for a system check.

Brian came in, looked at what needed to be done and gave me a fair price. He was friendly and professional during the entire job. Left everything neat and working.

Sean was at our house within an hour and a half of us calling. He was very professional and very thorough and went through all the areas to try to find our leak. He was quick and thoughtful and when we decided to cut a hole in the wall so he could see through he found a leak immediately. He quickly repaired it I would definitely use him again in the future!

Gerald was awsome but he had to change the price that I agreed on. It wasn't his fault, he tried to help us safe money. I was disappointed with the price that he was told for the job. I agreed because I liked his personality and I felt he was honest compared to the others. I had to get the job done asap 😩. I am tight with money but it is what it is. 🤷.

Chris came to our rescue and repaired the leak in our guest bathroom a few hours before we had more guest arrive. He also repaired another bathroom fixture during his visit. Great professional service was appreciated. Thank you!

First let me say, I was in a panic and Janet(I pray I got her name right) was the BEST! She did everything possible to help me avoid a flood. I tried to be handy by replacing my fill valve on my toilet, on my own. It didn't go as planned. I was in tears. Janet found someone to come out of their area when no one else was available. Joshua showed up and was personable, professional and explained the process. He completed the job in good time and I am very appreciative.
