There was some blockage in the pipe going to my tub faucet due to some county work on the outside pipes, and Anthony was able to clean it out and get it back to running normally. It’s a standalone tub with a different type of faucet contraption and Anthony was able to figure out the problem with a smile, disconnected things, got it back together and cleaned up everything well afterwards. It really was a pleasant experience.

David and Gio were communicative and very helpful in fixing a clog and replacing part of my sink. I had called a prior service that made the situation worse, but these two were able to knock it out.

We had a tankless water heater installed. Olin’s pricing was upfront. There were no gimmicks. Both Jose and Jesus were fantastic. They were very diligent and sincere and they did a very clean job. Definitely recommend Olin team based on our experience.

I can't recommend Olin enough! From the initial phone call through the service everyone was friendly, kind, honest and helpful. We were able to get an appointment promptly and Jose and Mario who were our plumbers were just the nicest! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us a quote [very reasonable] and were able to make our repairs on the spot. 10/10 recommend and we will be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

Olin Plumbing were extremely responsive during the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. I discovered after the storm the main intake had cracked and I had a geyser! Although they couldn’t get to me until Friday (I had main shut off) the plumber (Jesus) came to my rescue and fixed it efficiently and was quite professional. Plumber Jesus is truly a Godsend!

I called this company thinking since it was still a family owned company they would be truthful and honest. I had a leak in my kitchen and a stopped up toilet because my grandson put socks in the toilet. This company sent 2 people out to my home. The faucet in t he kitchen was fairly new and the water came out extremely slow and leaked...the plumber told me that it's possible that the person who installed it did not air out the line....for him to do that it would cost me $250. For the toilet he said there were two ways to remove the socks...the first way would cost $250...but if that did not work they had to remove the toilet it would cost me an additional $280. for a total over $800 dollars plus tax. I called another plumber who came over and immediately found the problem with the faucet in the kitchen.It was a very small piece inside the faucet that was broken...he was also able to remove the socks from the toilet buy just removing the toilet and snaked the pipe. In total it only cost me $200. plus tax! Thank God for honest people!

Olin Plumbing did a great job replacing the OS&Y valve for our community. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The technician, William, was excellent—he not only handled the job with skill but also took the time to walk me through how everything works. I appreciated the clear communication and his willingness to educate me along the way. I would absolutely recommend Olin Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable service. I had them come out to my house and give me an estimate for a job. I live in an upscale house in an upscale neighborhood and they totally took advantage of that and gave me an estimate that was ridiculous. If you’re gonna deal with these people definitely price check them.
Update: The Olin quote to do my project was $8500. I had another large Tampa plumbing company with very high reviews do the same project for $5500.

The service provided was prompt within the time frame of notice, and reliable. I contacted various other companies and they were either flaky or overbooked.
Above are decent reasons for a 5-star rating, but it was the actual service done by Mr. Estevan and associates that made my day. Thank you sincerely.
