I would have to say that these plumbers were the best I have ever had. From my very first phone call to them Matt answered the
phone and could not have been nicer. the guys that came out were very professional they were masks they were gloves they were great and very reassuring. they did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again and to let all of you know if you use them you're going to be satisfied.

Toilet overflow due to roots in drain. Installed cleanout pipe to septic tank and cleared stoppage with cables. Our tech, Mike C. was awesome! Friendly, professional and helpful! Took his time to explain the problem and got the job done. Also the office girls that we spoke with regarding our issue were very professional and got the call thru quickly. Thank you Brianna & Chantel. We were so grateful to get a courtesy call letting us know when to expect our Tech. Great service and people ... we definitely recommend Case Plumbing and would definitely use them again.

This was a routine preventive service for my HVAC system. David was the technician and hands down he was the best technician I’ve ever had from Joe Cool. Friendly, professional and thorough. I will ask for him by name next time around.

They came out and gave a quote, did the job, and then proceeded to send a bill for 2.5 times the agreed amount, even though the job took less than an hour and there were no problems. I think their issues are a mix of incompetence (I heard they recently switched ownership and they admit they've had some technical problems for months, I guess) and actual dishonesty, which is the real crime, by significantly rounding up their hours, adding hidden fees, and then refusing to admit any mistakes. Not to mention, the plumber left a huge mess, and he spent at least half the job not working but complaining about how unfair his life was. They are disorganized and difficult to get on the phone or get any straight answer from. They actually forgot to show up the original day of the job, and it took me a week to get in touch with them. Just keep in mind, don't trust their quotes.

Needed a new AC system in a pinch. Bill L came out within hours and they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Thought we’d be without air for weeks and instead it’ll be days. I was dreading this purchase and now I’m excited about our new high efficiency system and 10 year parts and labor warranty. Thanks bill!

We are very pleased with the great plumbing work performed by technicians Logan and Trent. They were very diligent in the job they did for us and were very courteous. They make a very good team. They get the work done in a fast and neat manner.

Ed came to do a preliminary inspection of job (replace existing toilet and install a new wc). As luck would have it on his truck he had the very toilet I had hoped to buy but had been out of stock in every big box store in town. Not only very well equipped, he was knowledgeable about the particular issues concerning water in town and what to expect down the road with my water heater. His work was efficient and well paced and he left the area where he had been working spotless. This was the second service call this week from Joe Kool. I’m so glad I opted for the service package because it’s already paying for itself. Well done guys!

Case and their plumbers are an awesome bunch of dudes! I had a very positive with a Case plumber and dealing with plumbing issues while occupying a rental home. Based of this experience, I contacted them for plumbing issues in my recently purchased home in Sunset Park. And to my good fortune, 2 of the plumbers have been servicing my new home for the previous 15+ years! Alan and Larry know the plumbing around my new place like the back of their hands and take great pride in their work!! So far they always have taken such great care of my home. Such personable gentlemen that I go out of my way, just to say hello when I see them around the neighborhood.

This team is amazing! They had someone at house within 90 minutes of my call for A/C service, outdoor bath project quote (very reasonable) and to check a problem with my bathroom fan. The first time was a water leak under the bathroom floor . A very hard repair to be sure , and the hot water heater installation was even harder! Had all the necessary fittings and specialty items on his truck . More businesses should be run like this . I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Mike is professional as I've seen with all the associates of Joe Cool. They are good at explaining the problems and have adequately repaired a variety of issues for us. Customer service and the office staff are great and always return calls and help. We appreciate their help and will continue to use their services.

We have a Duke Energy agreement when led us to Joe Cool services. Gloria was very prompt in her assistance to confirm our Duke status. She then had Chanell call us to schedule an appointment with Nathan. He arrived within an hour and assessed the need to replace our 30 year old hot water heater. Nathan was very professional and personable, discussing a couple of options for us. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend using this company based on today's service.

Dispatch was exceptionally helpful and empathetic. Jose was professional, helpful, and discussed a possible future plumbing project (cast iron pipe replacement). Really appreciated his courtesy and when we move forward with our pipe replacement .. we will call Joe Cool Home Services.

We have used Case Plumbing on several occasions and have always been very satisfied customers. Recently we used their services to re-plumb our home. They were wonderful to work with. Neat, clean, on time and very professional! We have been extremely happy with their services and have water pressure now that I did not even know was possible. The permitting process was easy and seamless. We would highly recommend and will definitely use them again (but don't think I will need to for a very long time.)

A technician was sent on a urgent call and to my understanding as I was told, I would be charged $75 to send a technician to my home in order to DIAGNOSE what the problem was, then proceed with necessary repair if we agree on.
But when that technician came, he directly proceeded to run some cable line into my roof after telling me that was all that needed to be done to fix my issue for $425. After he was done running his thing, he left assuring me that it was done. He left his cable stuck on my roof and was going to come back the next day to take it out.
The next morning, the clogging issue came up again. That was not a surprise to me because he did not first diagnose the root of the clogging to propose me repair options. So, the next day, they sent a brighter technician who, after pulling the stuck cable from my roof. Went ahead and did a diagnostic and handed a crazy estimate of $3295.
I was like, why didn’t you yesterday do this estimate and let me believe that you knew what the problem was and got it fix? Was I supposed to know this company procedures on how they estimate work?
I felt mislead to spend unnecessary some of money for something that was not resolving my issue for which I called Joe Cool Home Service.
$425 spend, my clogging issue still remains. And to add insult to injury, they shamelessly handed me a new estimate of $3295. What a joke! Who does business like that?
You should reimburse my wasted money back if you really do have some business ethic left dignity in holding honor towards your clients
