Todd was AMAZING! Our washer drain line would not drain, he asked all the appropriate questions and was honest, straight forward. Got right to work and to solved our issue. Not to mention how he showed up on a week night “after hours” when he should be home with his family but still was so pleasant and willing to get the job done. 10/10 !! Todd is a keeper (deserves a raise.. cough cough) and gave the utmost positive customer service experience. Highly recommend!! Update: I had a negative interaction with a staff member over the phone. Ryan, the owner, followed up and I can't say how impressed I am. His customer service is great! He called and apologized for the interaction I had. Like many companies, we cannot always control our employees, but Ryan did everything he could to make it right! I applaud a company that can see where they can improve and they do!

We had Todd come to look at the reason for clogging of our drain.. he was one of a genuine person. Very friendly, polite and considerate. He did his best he could do in his ability to help us. Even though we didn’t move forward with the services yet he was very understanding and kind. Best plumber we have encountered in Tampa.. living here for almost 20 years. Highly recommend his services

Jahn the technician was very thorough and professional. I only gave 4 star because of an initial misquote on the cost and confusion on the order. However all said and done they came through and Jahn the technician was great explaining the report for an Hvac inspection and calculation.

Jahn the service technician was a great guy. He worked to get the unit up and running so I could have good air. I have lung problems and he went out of his way to get me running.

Outstanding customer service! I was expecting our technician, Santiago, to come out and access where our problem was coming from, then to be out on the schedule as soon as possible to fix it.
Santiago arrived very quickly, just an hour after I called. He determined what needed to be done to fix it; our sink drains line, located on an outside wall, had a leak. He clearly explained what would need to be done to fix it and to my surprise, and elation, he was able to do it right now. He got to work quickly, and within just a few hours the drain line in the wall has been replaced. Santiago even swept up when he was finished.

This is my first experience with All Pro, and with a 46 year old house, it definitely won’t be my last. All Pro has gained a customer for life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

To Dakota who found the problem with my disposal, repaired it and said it was older but I didn't need to replace it today. Our plumber Dakota was awesome. Even thought our problem was more than we expected it to be, Dakota was thorough and explained step by step as to what he was doing and our options on fixing the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

I trusted you to do the work for a reasonable price and you screwed me charging me 4 times the average price. It's my fault for not investigating the prices before I agreed to your price. My friends and family will not make the mistake I did by trusting Pro Plumbing to treat me fair.

I was having septic issues that were not resolved, so I assumed that maybe I had a clog in my pipes. After doing a diagnostic with a camera in the pipes it turned out that I have Drain field issues, and unfortunately they don’t do septic. I was very pleased with how professional this company is. Josh was my service provider, and he exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Once we get new plumbing I will definitely be calling this company again.
