I would highly recommend Grable Plumbing. We had a whole house water purifier and softer added. I found them to knowledgeable and helpful with their recommendations. Chris was extremely pleasant and professional. They were efficient with our installation scheduling and we are extremely happy with the results.

I really want to give 3 stars but I am being generous considering their great customer service. I will say that this was a custom bathroom project and maybe you will have a better experience with simpler jobs. We did a complete remodel on our master bathroom. We failed our city inspection 2 times prior to me asking the city inspector what Grable needed to do and then passed the inspection. Secondly, even after giving measurements for the tile and backerboards we were going to use for the shower, they still had to come out after we tiled the wall because ALL of the measurements were WAY off. On top of that I just found out that our vanity plumbing was set way to low. To avoid adding even more additional cost to our labor side, which is now in the thousands due to all the times Grable had to come back out to correct their errors, we are going to cut parts of the shelving out of the vanity. I don't think we would use Grable again in the future due to all of these issues, but I hope if you do choose to use them that you have a better experience.

Total professionals from start to finish. David Scott came out first for free and gave me an honest quote and even matched his competitor’s price to earn my business. I let the competition attempt to fix the problem they created, only to have them mess it up even more.
So I called Grable back and they sent Chris Diamond and honored their original quote even though there was a bit of difficulty cleaning up the sloppiness from the other guys. Super grateful it all worked out. Loved the professionalism, warmth and actual authenticity. We used them years ago and so glad they came through again!
I went through 4 plumbers in 12 hours. Save your time and just call Grable!

Zach did a great job installing my hot water heater. He was quick and friendly.

They came out three times to address the issue and requote. There was no push to do the work, just honesty in the cost and problem. I will always call them in the future.

Sean installed turn-off levers on all my inside and outside old-fashioned turn-off faucets, which eventually leak with age. This was a preventative measure. Sean was efficient, reliable, knowledgable, an honest & diligent worker, in addition to being friendly and enjoyable. He has a positive attitude, focused on customer satisfaction. Great job and experience from start to finish!

The whole process was easy from scheduling to them coming out. The technician Chris was personable and knowledgeable about the solution.

Grable went above and beyond with reinstalling a backflow system from the ground up at our subdivision entrance after a car accident took out our old one. Grable and I coordinated with the county and inspectors to get it completed after we had our water meter moved. It took along time because of ordinances, etc but Grable came through and got it done for us. We thank them very much.

We had a terrific experience with Grable plumbing, we needed a new water heater and Sean came out, we discussed the process and what we wanted. As soon as we decided to to go forward, Sean went and got the water heater and it was installed in less than 2 hours. He is a wonderful technician and a delight to work with, explaining everything for us. We will use him again !

Excellent recommended repair which will be permanent and not a temporary repair as was performed by previous plumber. Grable explained all options, was very thorough in their work, and neat.

Had to have a 2" backflow installed They got it scheduled within a week of approval which is fast for this work. Price was competitive and service was rendered faster than expected.

Eric was very knowledgeable and provided the services I needed to take out my old tankless water heater and install the new one with all new up to code piping. I would highly recommend this business. On time and kudos to Eric for well done job!!

Continual drip/leak with my 9yr. kitchen faucet. Grable was very prompt to send someone the same day for an estimate. Mike G. was very thorough and patient locating the type and model of faucet I requested. Part had to be ordered and in one week Mike was back and replaced the faucet with expertise. Only 1 surprise arose, the original shut off valves began to leak during shut off and replaced as well. All services Above and Beyond with Mike. Will continue to use in future.

Family owned business with multiple generations of experience here in Tampa. It was easy to schedule, and we received updates on the exact arrival time of our technician, Patrick Davidson's arrival within the scheduled time. Patrick did a great job and the costs were reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience using Grable to replace our water heater. The scheduling was easy and straightforward, they let you know when tech is on the way and were timely. Chris came out for our initial visit and quote and was extremely helpful, informative and kind. The pricing was very fair and he sent me the quotes while he was still at my home for the options we discussed. Then Patrick came out for our installation and was very fast and efficient and made sure to cover his feet and our floors and cleaned up impeccably. I highly recommend this company!!

We had Grable Plumbing install a water heater. They text me an image of the installer before he showed up for the estimate. Really like that. Their price was hundreds below one of their competitors bits. Eric Shelton showed up to install the heater and did a phenomenal job. Clean, efficient and knowledgeable. If I had a business I would want Eric working for me. He represents the company very well. My overall experience with Grable was a five-star experience.
